질문은 크게 2가지라고 생각됩니다.
1. 407 visa의 경력 인정 여부
2. 다른 방법
1번의 경우 인정이 안될 수 있다. 왜?
Training visa의 목적을 볼 필요가 있습니다.
아래와 같습니다.
Part 3 – The Training visa (subclass 407)
Purpose
The GF-407 visa aims to promote international goodwill by allowing Australian organisations to sponsor persons to travel to Australia to participate in occupational training activities, including classroom-based professional development activities.
The GF-407 visa is not designed to fill labour shortages and is, therefore, not an appropriate visa for persons whose sole intention is to undertake work. However, it does allow the visa holder to undertake occupational training with a sponsoring organisation that is consistent with the purpose of the visa granted.
즉 이 비자를 신청하여 일하는 경우 목적이 training 이라는 것이지 100% 자신의 직업군으로 work 이 아니라는 점에 이해를 해야 합니다.
100% 순수하게 일만 해도 문제입니다. visa breach 가 목적에 맞지 않았기 때문에.
그리고 TSS 482 비자의 경우 work experience는 이미 호주 노동시장에서 바로 일할 수 있는 수준의 skills, qualification and employment 를 가져야 신청이 가능합니다.
그렇기 때문에 gap 이 생겨서 나중에 인정이 안된다는 말이 나오는 것입니다.
이 이유를 잘 기억해야 합니다.

TTS (Temporary Skill Shortage: 482 비자)
TSS 비자는 임시비자로 임시기술부족 비자 줄여서 TSS 라고 불리고 subclass 482 에 해당함.
TSS비자는 3가지 흐름이 있다 이름하여 아래의 3가지 stream 이 있음
Short-Term Stream – STSOL,
Medium-Term Stream – MLTSSL.
A Labour Agreement
TSS 비자를 위해서 기본적으로 2년 경력이 필요하며 Full-time work 이어야 하며 주당 38시간을 의미함. 아래는 관련 policy.
Under clause 482.221 and 482.231, visa applicants are required to have worked in the nominated occupation, or a related field, for at least two years.
This requirement is aimed at ensuring visa applicants are highly skilled and have experience in the occupation (or a related occupation), and can quickly contribute that experience into the Australian workforce.
As a result, the intention is that any work experience completed, subject to the Industry Specific Advice below, including in relation to vocational placements, must be completed while:
working in the nominated occupation; or
performing tasks at the same skill level in a related field – see Work Experience in a related field below.

호주에서 공부를 마친 사람들은 JRP를 통해서
그렇지 않으면 MSA / OSMA 등을 통해 기술이민비자를 받아야 하는데
문제는 다 경력이 필요하다는 것이지요.
work permisson 이 100% 주어지는 곳이 있습니다.
바로 Korean 들은 Korea가 됩니다.
그곳에서 genuine work experience 를 쌓아야 합니다.
일단 워홀로 호주에서 열심히 일해 본다 할지라도.

그런데 구 457을 하려고해도 경력이 되지않아 넣을수가 없습니다. 한국에서의경력은 많으나 텍스잡을 하지 않아서 쓸수없는상황이고 여기서 워홀1년을채우고 407비자를 받아서 1년을 채우면 2년 경력으로 스폰만 찾으면 된다고 생각했었는데 며칠전 407비자를 받으면 구457 비자를 받는데 리스크가 있다는말을 들었습니다.
이것에대해 알고싶습니다.
만약 407을 받아도 소용이없다면 다른방법은 없는건가요?
