안녕하세요.

 

새로운 회계년도가 시작되었어요. 그래서 각 주마다 Nomination 신청 관련하여 홈페이지에 내용을 공지합니다. 방금 전에 관련 정보를 SA 주정부로부터 접했습니다.  관련내용을 공유해 드리면서 조언도 드리오니 관심있는 분들께 조금이라도 도움이 되길 바랍니다.

SA 주정부에서 공부를 마치고 일을 하고 계신 분들에게 혜택 아닌 혜택을 주면서

SA 주정부 190 / 491 비자를 위한 Nomination 신청 자격조건 및 직업군이 엄청 포함하여 발표되었습니다.

제 생각에 SA 주정부에서 공부를 마치고 SA 도심에서  1년  또는 지역에 따라 3/6개월 일을 하신 분 (SA 주 regional 지역) 들 그리고 기술심사 결과와 영어 성적 확보 EOI 준비된 분들은

7월 20일 부터 Nomination 신청이 가능하다고 하니 잽빠르게 움직이세요.

 

한가지 분명한 것은 나한테 쉽게 신청이 가능하다는 뜻은 남에게 쉽다는 뜻이고

나에게 어렵다는 뜻은 나와 유사한 사람들도 어렵다는 뜻인데

제가 볼때 매우 쉽게 풀어 놓은 상태로 보입니다.

결국 7월 20일 이후로 신청할 수 있느냐 없느냐 이것이 결국 큰 차이를 만들어 줄 것 같습니다.

항상 비자는 줄때 받아야 하며 항상 미리 미리 준비를 해 놓는 분들이 ready-set-go 했을때 뛰어 갈 수 있다는 것은 철칙일 것입니다.

 

특히 영어성적이 준비안되어 있는데 여유자작하고 있으면 절대 안되요 ㅠ

WA에서 대학 / TAFE 코스를 마친 분들이면서 일하고 있다면 이런 분들이 다른 주로 가서 Nomination을 받는다는 것은 별로 좋은 생각이 아닌 것처럼 다른 주에서 공부와 일을 하고 있는 분들인 특히 WA주로 이동하는 것은 좋은 생각이 아닐 수 있으며 상황에 따라서는 아예 Nomination 신청 자격에 만족하지도 못할 수 있기 때문에 이동 전에 반드시 확인을 하고 가야합니다.

 

그 이유는 아래 내용을 보면 알 수 있는데요. (오늘 한 제 고객님이 문의를 주셔서 확인차 보다가 이런 분들이 또 있으면 안되겠다 싶어서 공유해 드림)

 

아래 내용은 WA 주정부에서 제공하는 190 비자를 위한 nomination 에 관련된 내용으로서

This permanent visa allows you to live and work in all areas of Australia.

To be eligible, you must meet the following Department of Home Affairs requirements:  (아래 조건은 반드시 만족해야 하는 것을 모든 주에서 다 적용되는 내용임)

  • have a relevant skills assessment;
  • be under 45 years old;
  • be nominated by a State or Territory, such as Western Australia;
  • be able to score 65 points or more on the Department of Home Affairs points test. State nomination for the subclass 190 visa gives you an extra 5 points towards the Department of Home Affairs points test, which is automatically incorporated into your EOI;
  • have the required English level; and
  • have an occupation on the relevant occupation list.

Western Australian State nomination

To be considered by Western Australia, you must first lodge an expression of interest (EOI) in the Department of Home Affairs SkillSelect database. WA Migration Services invites eligible EOIs on a monthly basis to apply for Western Australian State nomination based on a ranking system.

You can be invited through one of two streams: (크게 2가지 부류가 있음)

  • the general stream, and
  • the graduate stream.

Overview of ranking system

Each month, a set number of eligible EOIs are selected in SkillSelect based on the below ranking system. Visit the invitation rounds page for further information. (랭킹 시스템에 대한 설명임)

  1. Applicants eligible for the General stream will be ranked in accordance with the table below:  (WA유학후 비자를 고려하는 분이 아니라면 점수가 가장 높은 분들이 선택될 것이라는 내용입니다. 그리고 같은 점수라면 먼제 EOI 제출한 분들을 선택한다는 뜻)

If you are invited to apply, that means your EOI has demonstrated you meet a series of initial requirements.

If you would like to accept your invitation to apply for WA State nomination, you will be required to provide further evidence to meet the State nomination requirements, as outlined below. This evidence is provided during the application process. For the full list of requirements, you can also view the State nomination migration program process and requirements.

If your application for State nomination is approved, you will be nominated by WA Migration Services in SkillSelect and automatically invited to apply for the Subclass 190 visa by the Department of Home Affairs.

안녕하세요.

 

오늘 소식은 엇그제 Chef로서 491 비자 (NSW 주정부 노미네이션 받고) 그란트 소식입니다.

워홀로 호주에 와서 대부분 그런 것처럼 호주에 살만한가? 를 느낀 것 같습니다.

그리고 연장을 하고 그리고 공부를 시작하게 됩니다.

TAFE에서 cookery 공부를 시작했고요.

그런데 법이 바뀌면서 457 비자는 사라지고

더군다나 cook으로 비자를 받아 볼까 했는데 Cook은 졸업후 485 비자 대상도 아닌 직업군을 졸지(?)에 바뀌면서 저한테 상담이 요청했을 때가 2018년 8월.

법이 바뀔 것이라는 것과 함께 보통 유학생들은 불안해 하는데요.

스스로 그 불안을 떨쳐 버리기에는 쉽지 않죠.

일단 알아야 했습니다. Cookery 2년 졸업을 하고 나면 과연 chef로 485 비자를 받을 수 있는가?

겨우 학교 졸업한 사람이 chef로 기술심사 통과가 가능하기나 할까?

수많은 의구심이 올라오는 것입니다.

그래서 부단히 연구가 필요했고

나름 연구해 놓은 것이 이링크에 있었습니다.

그리고 지금이야 누구나 Cookery 코스를 마치고 diploma of hospitality를 졸업하면

485 비자 -> 491 / 190 비자로 갈 수 있다는 사실을 다 알고 있지만 2018년 / 2019년도 초반만 하더라도 마치 미궁을 헤매는 듯 했었습니다.

 

믿고 따라와 준 덕분에 12개월 만에 491 비자를 어렵사리(?) 잘 받았습니다.

 

돌다리도 두들겨 본다고 했습니다.

아는 길도 물어가고요. 대신 일을 하기 전에 미리 알아 보는 것은 나쁘지 않다고 생각해요.

문제 해결 보다는 예방이 좋은 것 같습니다. 그래서 상담이 참 중요하고 필요한 것 같아요.

 

20년가까이 기술이민분야로 일을 해온 이민법무사가 모르면 찾아서라도 연구하고 기존의 휴먼 네트워크를 이용하여 최선을 다하면 판단하기 어렵던 것도 좀 더 명확히 판단이 될 때가 있고 또 안됨을 분명히 알게 되는 것 같아요. 반드시 된다고 할 수 없지만 그렇다고 두리뭉실하게 안됨을 아는 것도 문제가 있어요.

된다면 왜 되는지 잘 알 수 있지 싶습니다.

새로운 회계년도 (2021-2022년) 가 시작된지 이틀이 되었습니다.

그에 따라 각 주정부에서 각 주에 맞는 190 / 491 비자를 위한 nomination 가이드라인이 발표되고 있습니다.

NSW 주정부의 190 비자를 위한 정보가 아래와 같습니다.

 

Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190)

A permanent visa for points tested skilled workers who are nominated by a state or territory government agency.

NSW uses a selection-based invitation process to ensure that NSW nominees are aligned to the skills needs of the state’s economy. You cannot directly apply.

NSW nomination for the Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) is highly competitive due to the high demand, and the limited number of places available.

Consequently, we strongly recommend you consider all migration pathways and visa options available.

Minimum eligibility

To receive nomination for a Skilled Nominated (subclass 190) visa, you must meet the following minimum eligibility requirements:

SkillSelect point score

You must be eligible to claim at least 65 points in your SkillSelect EOI. Please refer to the Home Affairs points calculator to see what points you are eligible to claim.

Age

You must be under 45 years of age to apply for the Skilled Nominated (subclass 190) visa.

English language

You must have at least a competent level of English (or equivalent).

If you are a citizen of the USA, UK, Canada, Republic of Ireland or New Zealand you are not required to complete an English assessment.

Residency

You must be currently residing in NSW. NSW will not invite EOIs submitted from people currently residing in another Australian state or territory, or offshore.

Although there is no minimum timeframe, you must be able to demonstrate you are genuinely residing in NSW if invited to apply. Please see our skilled visa FAQs website for more information about this requirement.

Occupation and employment

You must hold a valid skills assessment in an occupation that exactly matches an occupation on the NSW subclass 190 visa occupation list.

You are not required to be currently, or previously, employed in NSW in your occupation to be eligible for NSW nomination.

Invitation Rounds

During an invitation round, EOIs in are ranked within an occupation code in order of:

  1. Point score (뭐니 뭐니 해도 점수가 높은 사람 첫번째 우선순위; 얼마나 높아야 하느냐? 아무도 모릅니다. 65점 되면 좌우지간 신청해 두는 것이 아예 신청하지 않는 것 봐다 낫다. 주관식시험문제지에 백지보다는 뭐라도 기술하는 것처럼 )
  2. English proficiency (점수가 높다는 것은 영어 성적도 최대 20점을 받으면 놓아지겠습니다만 반드시 IELTS 8.0 x 4 수준이 필요하다고는 할 수 없지만 이 점수가 높으면 전체적 point가 올라간다는 뜻)
  3. Years of skilled work experience in your nominated occupation. (3번째가 신청인 직업군분야로 일한 경력기간)

The highest ranking EOIs up to the number of places available for a given occupation are generally issued an invitation to apply. When an EOI was submitted, or amended, does not affect its ranking. (EOI 제출, 수정 등은 랭킹을 뒤바꾸는데 영향을 주지 않아요)

Invitation rounds occur ongoing throughout the Australian financial year – there are no set dates. We will not respond to requests for the date of upcoming invitation rounds. ( 언제 초대하는지 날짜 정해진 것 없으니 물어와도 답변 하지 않는다고 아예 못을 박아 두는군요 ㅠ)

Because of the fluid nature of the NSW SkillSelect candidate pool, we cannot predict what point score/English score/work experience will be sufficient to be invited in future invitation rounds. (또한 얼마나 높은점수이어야 하는지, 영어 성적은 얼마나 높아야 하는지 경력은 얼마나 필요한지 등 나중에 초대를 위해서 충분 조건이 뭔지 말해 줄 수도 없다는 것이에요)

We will not prioritise candidates on the basis of visas expiring, losing points or eligibility, or living and working in NSW. (비자 만기, 점수 잃게 되거나 또는 신청자격등 변경된다 할지라도 우선 순위를 주지 않는다고 함) 

 

190 비자를 위해서 nomination 신청하라는 초대를 받으면 아래와 같은 수순으로 일처리가 됩니다.

Key steps for NSW nomination (노미네이션 주요과정)

1. Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI 제출)

Submit an EOI in SkillSelect, selecting either ‘NSW’ or ‘Any’ as your desired state.

You do not need to contact the NSW Government after you have submitted your EOI. You will only receive correspondence from NSW if you are invited to apply.

Be aware that most candidates will not be invited to apply for NSW nomination as the number of candidates far exceeds the places available.

2. Be invited to apply (노미네이션 제출하라고 초대받을 것)

NSW uses a ranking-based invitation process – you cannot directly apply for NSW nomination.

NSW will not issue invitations on the basis of visas expiring, losing points or eligibility, or living and working in NSW.

3. Read your invitation email (초대장을 잘 읽어 볼 것)

Your invitation email contains lots of useful information about how to successfully apply for NSW nomination, including how to troubleshoot common problems. The email is sent from noreply@salesforce.com on behalf of skilled.migration@treasury.nsw.gov.au. You are responsible for ensuring you can receive your invitation email – invitations will not be reissued.

4. Gather your documents (증빙자류 준비)

Gather your documents as evidence to support the points claims in your EOI and your proof of NSW residency. See our FAQs website for information about how you can prove your NSW residency

5. Apply (노미네이션 최종 신청)

Apply for NSW nomination by accessing the invitation link emailed to you within 14 days. Your invitation to apply for nomination will be issued by NSW to the email address you provided in your EOI.

 

노미네이션초대 받기 위해서 아래와 같이 최소 조건은 지켜야 되겠습니다.

Before you start putting your Expression of Interest (EOI) in SkillSelect, consider that you must meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:

  • you must be under 45 years of age

  • you must obtain a minimum score of 65 points in your SkillSelect EOI. To check what points you are eligible to claim, please refer to the Home Affairs points calculator

  • at the time of invitation, you must have an English score of at least competent English. If you are a citizen of the USA, UK, Canada, Republic of Ireland or New Zealand, you are not required to complete an English language test

  • you must hold a valid skills assessment in an occupation that exactly matches an occupation on the NSW subclass 190 visa occupation list

  • be currently residing in NSW and either be: (NSW주에 거주하며 고용되어 있는가 또는 NSW주에 거주하고 있으면서 최소 3개월간 거주하고 있고 앞으로도 계속 거주할 것인가? )

    • currently employed in NSW where your employment meets the standard for claiming skilled employment in your nominated occupation, or
    • have genuinely and continuously resided in NSW for the past three months

 

65점이면 충분하냐 90점이면 충분하냐? 물으시면 저도 모릅니다. (서두에 조언 드린 것처럼 제출해 두는 것이 아예 제출하지 않는 것 보다 낫다라고 강조드림)

PS 한가지 비자 신청자분들이 잘못 이해하는 것 있은 듯…

NSW 주정부에 nomination 신청하는 것 과 190 비자를 신청하는 것을 혼동하는 것 같습니다.

초대 (Invitation) 은 크게 2가지가 있습니다.

  1. 주정부에 190 비자를 위한 nomination를 신청하라는 초대
  2. 연방정부에 190 비자를 신청하라는 초대

1번과 2번은 서로 완전히 다르지만 우선순위가 있습니다.

즉, 1번 초대가 우선되어야 합니다.

1번 초대가 되고 주정부 노미네이션 신청을 한 다음 노미네이션 승인되어야 2번 초대가 사실상 자동으로 나옵니다. 만약에 주정부 노미네이션 초대를 받지 못하면 2번 비자 신청을 위한 초대는 발행되지 않음에 유의해야 합니다. 자신의 비자 만기되기 전에 비자까지 신청을 해야 하기 때문에 반드시 2번 초대까지 완료가 되어야 합니다.

VIC 주정부 190 비자를 위한 Nomination 신청에 관련 정보

 

2021-22년 회계년도에 해당 190 / 491 비자를 위한 nomination 신청은 2021년 7월 7일 부터 적용됨 

190 비자는 3500건이 491 비자는 500건이 할당될 것임. 

(Victoria’s Skilled Migration Program for 2021-22 will open to new Registrations of Interest (ROIs) on 7 July 2021. The Department of Home Affairs has provided Victoria with 3,500 subclass 190 places, and 500 subclass 491 places.)

 

신청자격

Who can apply? 누가 신청가능한가?

To be eligible to apply for Victorian Skilled Nominated (subclass 190) visa nomination, you must:

To apply for Victorian Skilled Nominated (subclass 190) visa nomination, you must:

  1. Make an expression of Interest (EOI) with SkillSelect. (EOI 제출)
  2. Submit a Registration of Interest (ROI). (ROI 제출)
  3. Have your ROI selected and receive an invitation to apply. (빅토리아주로 부터 초대 받음)
  4. Prepare your evidence to support your application. (증빙서류 준비)
  5. Submit a nomination application via the Live in Melbourne portal. (초대 받고 증빙서류와 함께 제출)
    • Respond to any requests for further information within 14 days. (추가 자료 받고 14일 안에 제출)

Once you are nominated: (노미네이션 받고 나면)

  1. We will notify you of our decision by email. (이메일로 개별적으로 통보)
  2. Submit your visa application to the Department of Home Affairs within 60 days. We cannot nominate you again if your visa application is not submitted in this time. (60일 안에 190 비자 신청)
  3. Keep your contact details up to date so we can provide you information on important services. (계속 주정부에 업데이트 함)
  4. Complete regular surveys we will send you about your experience with us and your settlement in Victoria. (정기적 서베이 참여)

In your application, you will need to provide the following documents to show you meet the requirements:

Your work

Employment

  • You must be currently working in Victoria in a target sector.
  • We will accept casual employment.
  • We will accept employment in a role that is closely related to your nominated occupation.
  • We will NOT accept employment that is NOT related to your nominated occupation.
    • For example, we will not accept situations where you are working as a Personal Care Assistant and your nominated occupation is Software Developer.
  • You must support all your claims of employment with documents in your application.
    • You will be required to provide a current contract, most recent payslip and an extract from your superannuation account showing the most recent payments from your employer.
    • In some instances, we may also require additional payslips or reference letter from your employer. If so, we will ask for this during assessment.

Victorian target sectors

You must be working in one of the following target sectors:

  • Health
  • Medical research
  • Life sciences
  • Agri-food
  • Advanced manufacturing
  • New energy, emissions reduction and circular economy
  • Digital
    • Cyber Security skills only (subclass 190)
    • All digital skills (subclass 491)

Occupation

Any occupation on the Department of Home Affairs skilled occupation lists is eligible to submit a Registration of Interest, provided you are using your STEMM skills in one of the target sectors listed above.

We are currently selecting the following occupations with advanced skills:

Skills assessment

  • Your nominated occupation in your skills assessment must match the ROI, nomination application and EOI.
  • When you submit your nomination application your Skills Assessment must have at least 12 weeks validity remaining.

For nurses

We value the contribution nurses continue to make to Victoria. In the 2020-21 program, we selected over 1,000 nurses to apply for Victorian visa nomination.

This year, we will continue to select nurses to apply for Victorian visa nomination. Based on consultation with industry and the Department of Health, our focus will be on the specialisations below:

  • Midwife – 254111
  • Registered Nurse (Aged Care) – 254412
  • Registered Nurse (Critical Care and Emergency) – 254415
  • Registered Nurse (Mental Health) – 254422
  • Registered Nurse (Perioperative) – 254423
  • Registered Nurse (Paediatrics) – 254425

We also select nurses on advice from the Department of Health.

Nurses employed directly by a health provider (e.g. nursing home or hospital) will be prioritised over those working for an agency. (이미 취업되어 있다면 우선권이 부여될 것임)

Our processing considerations

PhD candidates and graduates from Australian universities

You must meet the eligibility requirements to be considered for selection. This includes living and working in Victoria.

We will not consider you as employed if you are receiving a scholarship or undertaking a professional placement as part of completing your qualification.

Respond within 2 weeks (2주 안에 추가 자료 요청되면 제출해야 함)

We may ask you for more information by email.

  • You will have 2 weeks to provide the requested information.
  • If you do not respond within two weeks, we may refuse your application. Please check your junk mail and ensure the email address no-reply-gems@liveinmelbourne.vic.gov.au is added to your list of valid email addresses.

Incomplete applications

You must submit a complete application, including all relevant evidence to support your eligibility claims.

Do not ask for updates on your application

Please do not ask for an update on your application. We assess all applications in order of when they were submitted.

The assessment team is also responsible for responding to enquiries and we prioritise assessment of applications. Unnecessary enquiries slow down application processing times.

Submit your application via the portal

You must submit your application and all documents via the Live in Melbourne portal. We will not accept any applications or documents via email.

Withdrawal

You can withdraw your subclass 190 application at any stage. Please Contact Us to withdraw your application.

For Registrations of Interest (ROI), you must withdraw your ROI using the Live in Melbourne portal only.

Nomination application fees (신청비 따로 지불하지 않음)

The Victorian Government does not charge any application fees for nomination.

오늘 접하게 된 AAT 실제 케이스의 경우로

  1. 한국인 학생의 입장에서 볼때 억울할 수 있는 이메일 사고가 있었고 그 뒤
  2. 비자취소 통보를 받고 아무것도 대처하지 않은 두번째 실수를 함에 따라 AAT에서도 패소된 케이스입니다.
여러분들은 무슨 이메일을 사용하시나요?
제가 업무를 하다 보면 처음 유료상담을 신청하신 분이 상담을 요청해와서 메일 답변을 드립니다. 그리고 mobile phone으로 Text를 보내드립니다. 혹시나 하고요. 메일 사고가 있거든요.
그런데, 가끔 전혀 못 받으셨다고 연락이 text로 옵니다.
hotmail 메일 사고가 요즘에 많이 있습니다. (제 이메일을 꿀꺽 먹어 버리고 spam에도 없다는 것이지죠)
그래서 gmail 을 요구하고 두곳으로 동시에 보내 보면 hotmail은 꿀꺽 먹어버린 것을 확인하게 됩니다. 한두번이 아니에요. 이런 것은 이렇게 해결하면 됩니다.
그런데요. 만약에 여러분들의 중요한 메일이 비자관려하여 이민성에서 보냈는데 못 받게 되면 어떻게 될까요? 누누히 강조되지만 최악의 경우 (#worst_case)는 비자가 취소되는 경우에요. 물론 취소될 상황이라서 취소된 것이지만 그래도 방어할 시간조차도 없이 취소된 letter를 받는 것과 대처를 할 시간을 아예 갖지 못하는 것 (사실은 줬지만 이민성에서 메일을 못 받아 모르는 것과)는 천지 차이죠.
그런 케이스를 오늘도 접했습니다. 10년전 한국에서 워홀러로 호주에 도착해서 10년동안 호주에 있으면 영어공부부터 학사 학위를 공부하는 중에 비자 취소가 됩니다. 그리고 AAT에 어필하지만 AAT도 어쩔 수 없이 손을 들어주지 못한 케이스입니다.
이메일 하나 때문에 이런 일이 있어야 될까요?
He claims he received no correspondence from the university regarding the change of plan. When in January of 2020 the Department emailed him about the consideration of visa cancellation, he missed the email, because he rarely heard from the department and was not expecting anything. Then the Department notified him that the visa was cancelled. He feels desperate now, because he has always been a good student, and a good worker, as his references showed.
 
그래서 email은 현대사회에서 매우 중요한 통신수단임에는 분명하오니 해외에서 사용하는데 전혀 문제가 없는 email을 이용하시면 좋을 것 같습니다.
사실 제가 업무를 2002년 부터 해오는데 hanmail 옛난 다음메일 은 비추였고 naver도 잘 되다가 먹어 버리는 사태가 종종있어서 hotmail로 그다음은 hotmail도 아니어서 gmail을 추천했었습니다. 앞으로 gmail 이 어떻게 될런지는 모르지만 그래도 제일 사고가 없습니다. 
(제가 업무상 손쉽게 하자는 차원에서 오죽하면 그런 관련 글을 공유했습니다.내용보기)
여러분들이 만약에 ISP를 이용한다면 ISP에서 제공하는 이메일을 이용해 보는 것도 나쁘지 않습니다. 참고로 저는 optus 이메일을 20년넘게 이용중입니다.
그리고 혹시라도 비자가 취소 되더라도 자신의 억울함 (실제 못 받은 경우라면) 그것을 항의해야 하는데 그런 것이 전혀 없었다는 점입니다. 그래서 AAT에서는 손을 들어줄 수 없었고 그 학생이 정말 이메일을 못 받았는지 여부를 알 수 없다라고 하는 것입니다.
The Tribunal has considered the applicant’s claims about the circumstances leading to the cancellation, with a view to whether they were beyond his control and therefore may enliven the application of the discretion not to cancel the visa. The Tribunal concludes they were not and do not. It is difficult to be certain that the applicant did, or did not, miss the email containing the NOICC. There is no evidence before the Tribunal to support the applicant’s claim that he missed it: no protesting email to the department after the fact of the cancellation, for example, no note to his university about why it did not warn him of impending issues, and this raises a reasonable doubt that it is a genuine claim. The Tribunal considers that it is the applicant’s responsibility to convince the Tribunal he genuinely did not know about the NOICC, and he has not done so. The Tribunal’s doubts are deepened by the applicant’s testimony that his university did not explain the potential consequences to him of ceasing to study a course for which he had been granted a student visa. It is reasonable to consider that the university, as a major international education institution, is well versed in its own policy, role and obligations in this regard and communicates appropriately with its departing students. Further, the applicant has been enrolled since 2013 in at least 10 courses, and therefore has dealt with issues concerning enrolment and cancelled courses for seven or more years. The Tribunal acknowledges the claim he missed the email from the Department about the NOICC but notes he did not claim to have missed the following one concerning the cancellation. On the evidence before it, the Tribunal is not satisfied the applicant was unaware that withdrawing from his course would not imperil his visa. The Tribunal weighs these considerations heavily against the applicant.

2020년 7월 중순에 접수를 하여 2021년 6월 24일 그란트 된 Ms Koo 이시고요.

2020년 8월 말에 접수를 하여 2021년 6월 26일 (오늘) 그란트 된 Ms Lim 이십니다.

각각 11개월 10개월로 820 비자가 그란트 된 케이스입니다. 

이이들이 없는 30대 분이시고요.

Relationship registration 을 통해 12개월 조건을 면제 받으면서 신청한 경우이고 Ms Lim은 오래전에 결혼하신 분이십니다.

두분모두 한번도 뵌적이 없었고요.

한분은 Zoom으로 호주인 남편과 한국인 신청인과 함께 화상 상담을 해 드린 다음에 업무 계약을 하고 진행을 해 드렸고요. 다른 분은 멜번에 지인 (물출 = 저를 통해 영주비자 받으신 분)을 통해 소개를 받고 업무진행을 해 드렸습니다.
