482 비자의 비자 컨디션중에 8607 이라는 비자 조건이 있습니다.

4.2. Overview of condition 8607

Condition 8607 applies to all TSS visas where the applicant satisfies the primary criteria.

In order to comply with condition 8607, primary TSS visa holders must:

• only work in the nominated occupation, as identified in the application for their most recently granted TSS visa – see subclause 8607(1) and section 4.3 Must work in occupation for which TSS visa was granted below; and
• only work :
  • visa granted in Labour agreement stream: for the business who nominated them in their most recently approved nomination;
  • visa granted in Medium or Short-term stream and sponsor an Australian business : in a position in the business who nominated them in their most recently approved nomination or an associated entity;
  • visa granted in Medium or Short-term stream and sponsor an Overseas business : in a position in the business who nominated the occupation in their most recently approved nomination;

unless exemptions apply – see subclause 8607(3), section 4.4 Must work for approved sponsor and section 4.8 Exempt occupations.

They must also:

• commence work within 90 days of visa grant (or visa arrival if outside Australia at the time of grant) – see subclause 8607(4) and section 4.5 Must commence work within 90 days;
• not cease employment for more than 60 consecutive days – see subclause 8607(5) and section 4.6 Must not cease employment for more than 60 days below; and
• maintain any mandatory licence, registration or membership – see subclause 8607(6) and section 4.7 Must hold mandatory licence, registration or membership below.
