Q) 482 비자를 소지하고 two jobs 를 할 수 있는지요 즉 따로 비자소지자가 ABN을 소지하고 근무외에 일을 더 할 수 있는가요 라는 질문입니다 A) 482 비자는 아래와 같은 비자 조건이 있고요. 특히 8607 비자 조건은 지정된 회사에 지정된 업무 / 일 (eg 타일러라면 타일러라는 일을) 해당 회사에서만 해야 합니다. 그렇기 때문에 사실상 근무해서는 안됩니다. 근무를 하고 있다면 그것은 비자 조건을 어기는 불법이 되어 비자 취소 (cancellation)에 해당이 될 수 있으니 꼭 잊지 않아야 하겠습니다.
