485 비자를 신청할 때 임시기술심사 (provisional skill assessment)가 필요한 직업군이 있었습니다. 2022년 7월 1일 부터 해당 기술심사는 임시로 1년간 (2023년 6월 30일까지 접수하는 경우)만 필요하지 않게 됨에 따라 2022년 7월 1일 부터 2023년 6월 30일 기간내 신청하려는 분들은 해당 기술심사 신청한 증빙서류 내지는 결과를 제출하지 않아도 되겠습니다. 예를들어 TRA에 PSA 1단계의 과정이 불필요하게 되는 것임 TRA에서 발표한 내용을 아래와 같이 공유합니다. 2022년 7월 1일부터 JRP 기술심사 과정의 첫번째 단계였던 PSA가 없어짐에 따라 4단계 기술심사가 3단계로 줄어들게 됨 (From 1 July 2022, the Job Ready Program (JRP) will move from a four (4) step program to a three (3) step program.) 이와 같은 발표로 PSA 기술심사단계는 2022년 6월 30일 오후 4시 이후로는 받아줄 수 없게 됨. CPA Australia is no longer accepting provisional skills assessment applications as of 1 June 2022) ACS는 아직 관련 자료가 업데이트가 안된 것 같습니다만 ACS 기술심사 (Provisional Skill Assessment)를 필요로 했던 분들은 없이 제출이 가능하겠습니다. 해당 관련 법규는 아래와 같음 *Migration Amendment (Occupation Nomination and Skills Assessment for Subclass 485 Visas) Regulations 2022 – F2022L00822* amends the Regulations to temporarily remove the requirements for Subclass 485 (Temporary Graduate) applicants in the Graduate Work stream to nominate an eligible skilled occupation and to obtain a skills assessment. This concession is to allow applicants who have studied for occupations that are not on the skills lists to live and work in Australia for a further temporary period. This amendment will provide this temporary concession for applications made between 1 July 2022 and 30 June 2023 (inclusive).
