현재 Priorities for nominations and visa applications (노미네이션과 비자 처리 우선순위)는 다음과 같습니다.

  1. PMSOL occupations (가장 빨리 처리 됨) 
  2. Global talent Employer Sponsored
  3. Agricultural sector occupations
  4. SIV 188 (MD 92 only)
  5. Critical sector occupations
  6. Employer sponsored or regional under a DAMA
  7. Subclass 494 Employer Sponsored Regional
  8. Employer Sponsored accredited sponsor or labour agreement
  9. Subclass 187 RSMS with accredited sponsors to have precedence
  10. Subclass 491 Skilled Regional
  11. Subclass 190 Skilled Nominated
  12. Subclass 189 Skilled Independent
  13. All other visa (가장 느리게 처리됨)

 

만약 여러분들이 190 비자를 신청할 자격이 있다고 할때 밑에서 세번째다 그래서 엄청 늦어질려나 하고 신청안하는 것 보다는 당연히 신청하는 것이 낫지 않을까요? 

신청인의 직업군이 무엇이든 신청할 수 있는 비자가 있다면 (위에 언급한 우선순위 어디에 속하든) 비자 만기전에 신청하는 것이 좋습니다.
