어제 Canberra 거주하시는 제 고객님의 케이스를 위해서 Canberra Matrix를 제출했고 만 하루만에 491 비자를 위한 nomination 신청서를 제출하라는 초대를 받았습니다. 매우 기쁜 소식이 아닐 수 없습니다.

ACT Reference : ****** Full Name : ****** Email : shinsc@optusnet.com.au Dear ***** INVITATION TO APPLY – ACT Provisional 491 Nomination ACCEPTING THE INVITATION An invitation is not a guarantee that the application for ACT nomination will be approved. Before you accept the invitation, read the ACT nomination guidelines carefully and make sure that your supporting documents evidence the ACT Provisional 491 Nomination eligibility criteria and Matrix score claimed at date of Matrix submission. Remember, additional documentation will not be accepted once the application is submitted. If the supporting documents do not evidence your eligibility or the Matrix score claimed, the application will be refused and the service fee will not be refunded. CANBERRA RESIDENTS (ACT에 거주중) Before submitting an application for ACT nomination, you must be satisfied that you are not barred from applying for the ACT nominated skilled migration visa onshore. If the application for ACT nomination is approved, your SkillSelect EOI will be confirmed and the Department of Home Affairs will simultaneously issue the visa invitation. If you are unable to submit the visa application with Home Affairs within 60 days, the offer of ACT nomination will lapse. ONE ACT NOMINATION PLACE ONLY (한명당 한번의 초대가 주어짐) If you have received ACT nomination since 1 July 2020, you may not be eligible to accept this invitation. The policy to only offer one ACT nomination place per applicant is strictly enforced given the limited number of nomination places available. If you received multiple nominations, other Canberra residents would miss out on the opportunity to apply for ACT nomination as our annual allocation is fixed by Home Affairs. ACCESSING THE APPLICATION The application can be accessed through the agent portal at Application Reference No.: ***** SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION (14일 안에 Nomination 신청서를 제출해야 함) You now have 14 days to submit the application for ACT Provisional 491 Nomination and pay the $300 service fee. The application will not be queued for processing until the service fee payment is confirmed. (신청비 300불이 있음) The invitation will expire on 07-May-2021. This date cannot be extended. If the invitation expires, and if you are still interested in ACT Provisional 491 Nomination, you will need to resubmit another Canberra Matrix and wait for an invitation. (14일 안에 제출해야 함; 서류가 거의 다 준비되어 충분히 가능함) Please note: Your personal contact details cannot be edited on the application.
