NT territory 의 경우도 대부분 다른 주와 같이

491 / 190 비자를 위한 Nomination 신청 자격 최소조건 중에 NT 내 거주와 경력을 요구합니다.

아래 내용은 2020년 12월 7일 오늘 날짜로 명시된 내용입니다.

An NT resident applicant includes those on temporary visas with work rights, currently residing in the NT.

NT resident applicants will be eligible for a subclass 190 nomination if you:

• demonstrate that you have been residing in the NT for at least two consecutive years immediately prior to application (노미네이션 신청전 최소 12개월 거주조건 요구함)
• demonstrate that none of your migrating dependants are residing in another part of Australia, and (가족구성원이 NT 아닌 다른 주에 거주하지 않아야 하는 조건도 있음) 그리고
• demonstrate full-time employment in the NT in an eligible occupation continuously for at least two years immediately prior to applying for NT nomination and demonstrate the employment is available for at least a further 12 months. (최소 12개월 경력은 물론 향후 12개월 고용될 것임을 즉 job offer까지 요구함)

190 비자를 위한 노미네이션 신청하는 분들의 경우로서 일단 NT에 거주하지 않았다면 즉 타주에 거주하고 있거나 12개월 거주와 일을 하지 않았다면 190 비자를 위한 노미네이션은 고려할 대상조차 불가하다는 뜻.

아래는 491 비자를 위한 최소 기본 조건인데요. 2020년 7월 1일 전과 이후로 또 조건이 약간 다릅니다.

NT resident applicants will be considered for a subclass 491 nomination if you meet the following requirements:

• applicants who started living in the NT prior to 1 July 2020, must: (2020년 7월 1일 이전에 NT에 거주한 분들은)
  • demonstrate that you have been residing in the NT for at least six consecutive months immediately prior to application (신청전 최소 연속해서 6개월동안 NT에 거주했어야 함)
  • demonstrate that none of your migrating dependants are residing in another part of Australia, and (가족중에 아무도 호주의 다른 도시 거주하면 안됨)
  • demonstrate full-time employment in the NT in an eligible occupation for at least six consecutive months immediately prior to applying for NT nomination and demonstrate the employment is available for at least a further 12 months. (최소 6개월간 NT에서 일을 했고 12개월 향후 일할 것임을 보여줘야 함)
• applicants who start living in the NT on or after 1 July 2020, must:(2020년 7월 1일 이후로 NT 거주한 분들은)
  • demonstrate that you have been residing in the NT for at least 12 consecutive months (최소 12개월 연속해서 거주해야 하고) 결국 2021년 7월 1일 이전에는 신청 불가하다는 뜻.
  • demonstrate that none of your migrating dependants are residing in another part of Australia, and (가족이 호주에 거주할 경우 NT 이외에 거주하지 않아야 하는 조건은 늘 존재함)
  • demonstrate full-time employment in the NT in an eligible occupation for at least six consecutive months immediately prior to applying for NT nomination and demonstrate that the employment is available for at least a further 12 months. (최소 6개월 경력조건과 12개월 job offer가 있어야 함)

An eligible occupation for this purpose is: (기술심사는 통과해 있어야 하고 해당 직업군으로 경력을 쌓아야 한다는 점. 아무일을 해서는 경력인정 안됨에 유의)

• the occupation identified in the skills assessment (nominated occupation), or
• an occupation that is related to the nominated occupation. In order to be related to the nominated occupation, the majority of time in the position must be spent on tasks that align with the skills and knowledge required to undertake the nominated occupation.

The employment must also meet the following additional requirements: (고용은 반드시 NT에서 최소 12개월간 사업자 등록이 되어 있어야 하고 임시로 빌려서 사용하는 즉 고정적으로 존재하지 않는 사무실 공간이나 또는 다른 사람들과 공유하는 그런 사무실 공간에서 일하는 포지션은 노미네이션 대상에서 좋은 입장이 되지 않을 것임. 그리고 급여는 마켓에서 받는 급여이어야 하며 턱없이 부족한 경우는 노미네이션 대상에서 제외될 수 있음)

• the position must be based in the NT, and the employer must have a record of trading in the NT for at least 12 months
• positions that are based at serviced office spaces or involve hot-desking arrangements will generally not be considered favourably
• you must be paid at market salary.

Applicants who have not been employed in an eligible occupation will generally not qualify for NT nomination.

Applicants who have been employed on a full-time basis for at least six consecutive months in an occupation that is not an eligible occupation may qualify for a subclass 491 nomination on an exceptional and case by case basis if you are able to demonstrate the following:(아무 일이나 한다고 되는 것은 아니라는 뜻으로 자신이 신청하는 직업군이 예를들어 Chef 이면 Chef로서 일했어야 한다는 뜻. 그럼에도 불구하고 491비자를 위해서는 노미네이션을 위해 신청 자격이 될 수 있음)

• the employer has made genuine efforts to recruit locally and the position cannot be filled by an Australian citizen or permanent resident – at a minimum, evidence should include copies of advertisements placed, and a statement from the employer detailing the number of applicants and reasons as to why no Australian citizens or permanent residents have not been recruited (해당 포지션을 위해서 local 호주인들 또는 영주권자를 고용할 수 없었다는 증빙서류가 필요함)
• there is a genuine need for the position in the business – at a minimum, evidence should include a detailed statement from the employer explaining the need for the position and how the vacancy arose (그 포지션이 사업을 위해서 필요한 이유)
• you have made genuine and sustained efforts to obtain employment in your nominated occupation or a related occupation in the NT – at a minimum, evidence must include copies / screenshots of applications made for relevant jobs and any feedback received. (광고를 했지만 찾을 수 없었다는 증빙자료)

점점 시간이 지나면 지날 수록 NT 도 NT 주에 거주하면서 일을 했는지를 보고 그런 신청인들에게 우선순위를 주고 있음을 보실 수 있습니다.

만약 호주 밖에 거주하고 있다고 한다면 NT 의 경우는 190 비자용 Nomination 신청 자격조건은 전무하고

491 비자용 노미네이션 신청이 가능할 수 있는데 최근 24개월 중 최소 12개월 동안 NT에서 이미 일을 했었던 분들에게만 신청 자격을 주고 있으니 시간이 제약되어 있고 사실 이런 분들은 실제 많지 않을 것입니다.

If you are currently living outside Australia, you will generally only be offered a subclass 491 nomination.

Offshore applicants must have been employed in their nominated occupation for at least 12 months out of the last 24 months prior to your application, or have relevant Australian qualifications.

Offshore applicants must have an offer of full-time relevant employment in the NT, if the NT Migration Occupation List requires it.

Job offer를 위한 자료는 무엇을 제출해야 하는가? (최소 12개월 job offer를 제공해야 하는 경우 아래 내용이 제출되어야 함)

You must provide strong evidence of good employment prospects in the NT either in your skilled occupation or a closely related skilled occupation.

You can show you have good employment prospects by providing:

• an offer of employment letter from an NT employer
• a statement describing how your skills and experience meet NT employer needs
• evidence that your occupation has been advertised in the NT multiple times and detailed explanations of how your qualifications and experience match the job vacancies
• evidence of positive feedback from potential NT employers.

그외 재정 능력도 NT 정부에서는 요구하고 있습니다.

You must provide a list of all your financial assets in Australian dollars. You must provide verifiable documents evidence of those assets. For example, clear colour copies of bank statements, share certificates, property valuations and jewellery evaluations.

The table below gives you detail on the assets you need and the summary you have to provide.

이런 것도 주마다 다릅니다. 이런 재정능력을 NSW 주 같은 경우는 전혀 요구하지 않습니다. 증빙서류 불필요함. 그러나 NT는 요구하고 있으니 자신의 재정능력 (은행 잔고 및 재산)을 보여줘야 한다는 것이에요.

그리고 어쩌면 매우 중요한 자료 중에 하나가 될 수 있겠지만 commitment가 있는지 여부를 또 검토합니다.

Accepting a nomination from Australia’s NT Government means that you are agreeing to the following conditions:

• live and work in the NT in your skilled occupation or a closely related skilled occupation for at least three years from visa grant (최소 3년간 거주하고 일하겠는가)
• let the NT Government know the status of your visa application – you need to do this when your visa is granted and when you arrive (비자가 그란트된 다음에 NT정부에게 알려 줘야 한다)
• regularly provide your current contact details to the NT Government (정규적으로 연락처 알려줘야 한다)
• participate in surveys conducted by the NT Government. (정부에서 행하는 설문지조사에 참여해야 한다 등)

그외 나이는 45세 미만이어야 하고

기술심사는 지명된 직업군으로 통과되어 있어야 하며

영어는 특별히 요구되지 않는 이상 IETLTS 기준으로 6.0 x 4를 확보하고

전체 점수는 최소한 65점 (노미네이션 포인트 포함하여) 되어야 한다.

이런 조건을 모두 통과해야 합니다만 거주와 일의 조건을 보면 하루 아침에 되지 않음에 즉 이 조건은 일단 정해진 시간이 필요한 만큼 따라서 NT에 Nomination을 받고자 한다면 이 또한 그 주에 가서 거주하고 일해야 된다는 사실입니다.

이런 점이 다른 주들도 별만 차이가 없고 따라서 애초에 NT에서 공부를 시작한 경우라면 NT에서 뿌리를 내리고 정착하는 것이 좋을 수 있습니다. 만약 자신이 지명하는 직업군이 아예 NT occupation에 없지 않는 이상.

그리고 NT에서 최소 2년간 공부를 한 분들의 경우는 아래와 같은 좋은 (?) 조건만 만족하면 됩니다.

International student graduates who have studied in the NT will be eligible for a subclass 190 nomination if you have: (190 비자를 위해서 NT에서 공부를 마친 분들은)

• successfully completed one or more qualifications after studying in the NT, at an NT-based institution for two years in a single tertiary course or a set of nested tertiary courses, and (2년 코스를 졸업한다)
• lived in the NT for a period of at least six continuous months immediately after the date of completion* of your last qualification, while holding a visa that allows full-time work (this requirement does not apply to students who completed all course requirements in semester one 2020 and produce a letter of completion dated prior to 1 August 2020), and(코스 마치고 6개월간 연속해서 거주한다. 그러나 2020년 8월 1일 이전에 코스를 마친 분들은 이조건도 요구하지 않음; 즉, 2020년 8월 1일 이후부터 졸업하는 학생들에게 새롭게 적용된다는 뜻이니 결국 시간이 지나면서 조건이 하나 더 늘어난 셈)
• demonstrated genuine and sustained efforts to obtain employment** from an NT employer in your nominated occupation or a closely related skilled occupation. (취업을 위해서 열심히 노력했다는 것을 보여줘야 함. NT에서 공부한 학생들의 경우로 공부하지 않은 분들에게는 주어지지 않는 혜택이라면 혜택일 수 있음)

International student graduates who are unable to live in the NT for six months after completing two years of study in the NT will only be considered for a subclass 491 nomination. You must provide evidence of making genuine efforts to obtain employment** from an NT employer in their nominated occupation or a closely related skilled occupation. (심지어 공부를 마치고 NT에서 무슨 이유가 있어서 살 수 없었다면 비록 190 은 아니더라도 491 비자를 위한 노미네이션은 신청할 수 있다고 하니 이또한 혜택이라면 혜택이 될 수 있음; 대신 자신의 직업군으로 취업을 열심히 노력한 것을 보여줘야 함)

You will be expected to demonstrate genuine efforts and progress towards being employed in the NT in your nominated occupation both during and after your studies. These applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis. (무우 자를 수 있는 상황이 아니기 때문에 case by case라고 명시한 점을 이해해야 할 듯하고요)

* Date of completion is the date on which you were notified that you have met all academic course requirements. This is the date when the final exam results or notice of course completion were available or published. (completion date을 잘 이해야 해야 함; 졸업한 날짜가 아님)

** Genuine and sustained efforts to obtain employment can be demonstrated through evidence of a number of applications made over a period of time for jobs in relevant occupations in the NT, and other supporting evidence such as membership in relevant professional associations, or positive feedback from industry contacts in the NT. (취업에 열심히 노력한 것을 보여주기 위한 증빙자료도 잘 준비해 놓는 것이 좋음. NT에서 공부 마친 경우)
