Graduate Work Stream (TAFE 졸업자) 과 Post-Study Work (PSW) (대학 / 대학원 졸업자) 바로 이것입니다. 이 비자는 주신청자로서 평생 한번만 신청이 가능했었습니다. 결혼한 경우 / De Facto인 경우, 배우자 / 파트너가 공부를 하고 그 배우자 / 파트너가 주신청자가 되어 과거 485 비자 주신청자였던 분이 dependent 로서 485 비자를 최대 두번을 소유할 수 있었습니다. 2021년 1월 20일이후에도 이 방법은 존재합니다. 그러나 2021년 1월 20일 부터 주신청자가 아래 조건을 만족할 경우 두번 TGV를 신청할 수 있다는 내용입니다. 2년 짜리와 1년짜리 – 그 신청 자격조건은 아래와 같습니다.

2년짜리 2nd TGV 신청자격조건 (eligibilities):
