기술심사기관 ACS, 베타세스 2020-2021 연말 연초 업무 공지 업데이트 & 처리시간

—————– 아래 내용은 ACS에서 2020년 12월 초에 발표한 내용입니다. ————————-

내용인즉, 2020년 12월 23일 수요일 2pm 부터 2021년 1월 10일까지 ACS의 모든 이메일과 전화 문의를 닫게 되고 2021년 1월 11일 (월요일) 부터 업무가 다시 시작된다는 내용입니다. 이 기간에는 기술심사 결과도 받지 못하게 됩니다.

ACS END OF YEAR CLOSURE PERIOD

The ACS office will be closed from 2pm Wednesday 23 December 2020 and will re-open on Monday 11 January 2021. During this time phones and email will be unattended.

Email enquires received during this closure period will be responded to after we re-open on 11 January 2021

—————– 아래 내용은 베타세스 기술심사기관에서  11월 24일 발표한 내용입니다. ———————-

이제 11월 말입니다. 항상 이 시점이 되면 호주내 모든 회사가 휴가철을 갖습니다. 강제로 쉬는 곳도 있고 공식적인 휴일이 많아서 12월 크리스마스 전후로 시작해서 길게는 1월 중순까지 왕창 (?) 휴가를 떠나는 사람들도 있고 기관이 아예 문닫는 경우도 있습니다.

 

제가 접한 베타세스의 업무 공지는 아래와 같습니다.

Vetassess기관에 기술심사를 신청하여 결과 얻고자 하는 분들은 특히 관심을 갖아야 할지 모르겠습니다.
End of year shutdown (한해 업무 마감) 2020년 12월 21일 부터 2021년 1월 3일 까지 업무 완전 중지.
Our offices and phone lines will be closed from 21st December 2020 until 3rd January 2021. We will continue to accept online Skills Assessment applications; however, we will not be able to respond to any emails and phone calls during this time. (온라인 신청은 받지만 12월 21일 부터 1월 3일까지 아무런 이메일과 전화 응답은 없을 것음)

Priority Processing applications on hold (우선처리 신청서 보류)
Our Priority Processing service for general professional occupations will be suspended during the shutdown period. We will not accept priority processing applications from 2nd December 2020 till 3rd January 2021, but the service will resume on January 4. (12월 21일 부터 새해 1월 3일까지 우선처리 보류되며 2020년 12월 2일 부터 2021년 1월 3일 까지 우선처리 신청서는 받지 않음 대신 내년 1월 4일 부터는 재개함)

Please ensure you submit any Priority Processing applications by the close of business 1st December 2020. (우선 처리를 12월 21일 안에 완료되길 원한다면 2020년 12월 1일 근무시간까지는 접수를 해야 Vetassess에서 처리해 줄 것 같다고 이해가 됨)

Other Skills Assessment applications for professional occupations will be accepted as usual. (다른 전문직 기술심사신청서는 평소처럼 받는다. 9-10주 소요됨 따라서 휴가까지 포함하면 한 12주는 최소한 되어야 결과를 얻으니 만약에 1월전에 내지는 1월 초에 접수를 원한다면 우선순위신청서로 접수를 해서 결과를 확보해야지 그렇지 않으면 12월 1일에 접수를 하더라도 3월초는 되어야 결과 나오니 이에 해당이 되는 Vetassess 기술심사기관에 기술심사 결과를 얻어야 하는 분들은 심사숙고해야 할 듯 )

Trades applications (기능직 기술심사 신청서)
Due to Trades Recognition Australia’s end of year shutdown, all skills assessments completed after 9th December will not be finalised until 2021. We will continue processing pending applications until 18th December; however, the outcomes will not be released until the second week of January. (TRA 기술심사 기관도 연말에 업무를 하지 않음에 따라 12월 9일 이후 마치는 모든 기술심사는 2021년 전까지 마감되지 않을 것임. 다시 말해 이런 경우 2021년 1월 3일 이후로 처리가 될 것으로 이해가 됨. 12월 18일 전까지 보류된 신청서들은 처리를 할 것임. 그러나 결과는 1월 두번째주 전까지는 나오지 않을 것임)

How long will it take for my assessment to be completed?

For all full Skills Assessments including post-485 applications and reassessment – change of occupation applications received: (485 비자 포함 189 / 190 / 491 / 494 비자를 위한 full skill assessment)

  • The approximate time is 9-10 weeks once we have received all documents required for the assessment. Applications confirmed as eligible for Priority Processing are finalised in 10 business days.

Qualifications Assessment for Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485):

  • The approximate time is 3 to 5 working weeks once all documents required for assessment have been received by VETASSESS.

For Points Test Applications only (applicants for VETASSESS occupations):

  • The approximate time is 6 to 8 weeks.

For Points Test Applications (applicants for non-VETASSESS occupations):

  • The approximate time is 3 to 5 weeks.

For Reassessment – Skills Assessment Outcome Review and Appeal applications:

  • The approximate time is 11-12  weeks. (가장 길다는 사실)

 

Some cases may take longer depending on the complexity of the case. As each case is different, the different time frames mentioned above can vary depending on the type of case and the investigations that might be required. (경우에 따라 예상 시간보다 더 긴 경우도 있음)
