NSW Business and Skilled Migration Skilled is close to filling its interim allocation of nomination positions for the 2020-21 program year provided by the Department of Home Affairs. (임시할당 노미네이션 포지션은 종료한다)

Following the Commonwealth Government’s announcement of the annual migration program planning levels, an additional provision of nomination positions for the reminder of the year may become available in the coming weeks. (연방정부 이민프로그램의 발표에 따라 금년 추가적인 노미네이션이 유효할 것임)

Skilled migration

NSW will continue to operate an expression of interest and invitation model to address NSW’s skill needs. (신청인은 EOI을 제출하고 NSW주는 그중에서 선택하여 초대하는 모델을 유지할 것임; 밑에 선택방법 참고)

Under direction from Home Affairs, NSW will continue to priorities applicants with skills to support NSW economic recovery and public health response. (NSW경기회복과 복지 향상을 지원하는 기술분야에 우선순위둘 것임)

We will only invite applicants currently in selected health, ICT and engineering occupations, and who are residing in NSW. (현재 선택된 의료, ICT 그리고 엔지니어 직업군 그리고 NSW주에 현재 거주하는 신청인중에서만 초대될 것임; 그럼에도 불구하고 즉 이 조건을 만족한다고 모두다 초대되지 않음에 유의)

Regional migration

NSW will shortly announce changes to the management of the Skilled Work Regional Visa (subclass 491). (491 비자를 위해서도 관련하여 발표 될 것임)

아래 내용은 현재 NSW주정부에서 공지되어 있는 내용으로 이 내용이 더 update될 것으로 전망함. 언제? 정확한 날짜는 발표없지만 느낌으로 곧.

Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190)

The Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) is a permanent visa for points tested skilled workers who are nominated by a state or territory government agency. NSW Treasury nominates eligible highly skilled workers to drive economic growth in NSW. (누가 초대의 대상이 될까? highly skilled worker라고.)

To effectively manage the ongoing high demand for NSW nomination, and to ensure that NSW nominees are aligned to the skills needs of the state’s economy, NSW uses a selection-based invitation process. (NSW주에 입맛에 맞는 즉 주정부의 경기에 맞는 기술을 가진 자가 초대된다는 뜻)

Candidates cannot directly apply for NSW nomination and should consider being invited to apply for NSW nomination as a limited possibility. (NSW주가 최초로 이렇게 했어요. 응시자가 마음대로 조건이 되더라도 초대 받기 전까지 제출 불가)

Candidates are encouraged to actively consider all migration pathways and visa options. (그러니 다른 모든 가능한 옵션을 다 고려하라고 ㅠ)

Eligibility (기본적인 최소조건임에 참고)

You must meet the following minimum eligibility requirements to be eligible for NSW nomination. Meeting these requirements does not guarantee you will be invited by NSW to apply for nomination. (최소 조건을 만족하되 그렇다고 초대 보장이 되는 것 없음을 주정부에서 늘 강조함)

Age (나이)

You must be aged under 45 when we invite you to apply for nomination, and when we nominate you to apply for the 190 visa. (노미네이션 초대 될 때와 비자를 접수할 때 45세 미만일 것)

Points claim (점수 클레임)

When you submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) in SkillSelect you will be given a points score based on the claims you have made. If you do not obtain a score of at least 65 points, you are not eligible to be invited to apply for NSW nomination. (65점 이하면 신청자격도 안됨. 그렇다고 없는 점수를 올려서 제출하면 절대 안됨. 점수가 다르면 나중에 비자 신청후 비자거절 됨에 매우  유의)

You must provide evidence supporting your points claims if you are invited to apply for NSW nomination. (1차적으로 NSW주정부에서 다 검토할 것임. 클레임한 점수가 맞는지 안 맞으면 승인 안됨)

English language (영어 성적 확보)

At the time of invitation, you must have an English score of at least competent English. (IELTS 6.0 x 4를 의미하며 반드시 영어성적은 확보되어야 함. 3년간 유효함)

Occupation (직업군)

You must hold a valid skills assessment in an occupation that exactly matches the occupation entered in your SkillSelect expression of interest. (당연히 기술심사가 통과되어 있어야 하고 반드시 유효한 기간안에 있어야 함. 이민성에서는 만 3년만 유효한 기간임)

Your commitment to NSW (NSW를 선택하여 처음 2년을 거주하겠다는 의지)

You must commit to living and working in NSW for at least the first two years of your subclass 190 visa. (그래서 NSW주에 거주한 사람들만 초대 대상으로 하는 이유중에 하나)

Invitation Rounds (초대 방법)

You must be invited to apply for NSW nomination. Candidates cannot directly apply.

Invitation rounds ongoing throughout the Australian financial year. There are no set dates, and we are unable to answer enquiries regarding this. (정해진 초대 날짜는 없음 그리고 언제 될지 답변 불가. 대신 회계년도기간동안 초대 될 수 있음) (그렇다면 신청인 입장에서 어떤 기준으로 초대될 것인가 궁금?)

During an invitation round, EOIs in are ranked within an ANZSCO code in order of:

1. Point score (점수가 제일 높은 신청인이 1차적으로 초대됨)
2. English proficiency (같은 점수라면 영어성적이 높은 신청인)
3. Years of skilled work experience in your nominated occupation (그리고 1번 2번 같은 조건이라면 경력이 많은 신청인이 초대될 우선권 갖음)

The highest ranking EOIs up to the number of places available for a given occupation are generally issued an invitation to apply. When an EOI was submitted, or amended, does not affect its ranking. (이 수순은 EOI 제출, 수정할때 영향주지 않음. 대신 초대될 때 순위결정; 전체 점수 -> 영어점수 -> 다년경력 순으로)

Because of the fluid nature of the NSW SkillSelect candidate pool, we cannot predict what claims will be sufficient to be invited by NSW in an invitation round. (EOI라는 풀에서 그때 그때 선택을 하기 때문에 몇점이 초대받기 위해 충분한 점수인지 NSW 주정부에서도 모른다고함)

We will not prioritise candidates on the basis of visas expiring, losing points or eligibility, or living and working in NSW. (늘 접하는 내용으로 비자만기가 가까워오거나 점수를 잃거나 또는 NSW주에서 살면서 일하고 있다고 우선순위를 주지는 않을 것이라고 명시해 놓았습니다)

Key steps for NSW nomination

Check (뭐니 뭐니 해도 직업군이 포함되어야 함)

Check your occupation is on the NSW 190 Skilled Occupation List and that you meet all eligibility requirements. (그리고 해당 직업군의 모든 신청 자격 조건을 만족해야 함; 일일이 검토해야 됨)

Submit an Expression of Interest (필 EOI제출)

Submit an EOI in SkillSelect, selecting either ‘NSW’ or ‘Any’ as your desired state. (NSW / 아무주나 선택을 할 수 있다고 합니다만 제 생각에는 NSW주를 선택해야 더 초대 받을 가능성 있다고 봄)

You do not need to contact the NSW Government after you have submitted your EOI. (NSW정부에 연락할 필요 없다고 알려 옴)

Please be aware that most candidates will not be invited to apply for NSW nomination as the number of candidates far exceeds the places available. (quota 다 차면 초대 없음)

If you receive an invitation (초대 받고 나면)

Only the candidates who are invited to apply will receive correspondence from NSW.

Invitations are sent from notifications@digitalservices.dpie.nsw.gov.au. Candidates are responsible for ensuring they are able to receive their invitation email. (이메일이 보내질 것임)

Gather your documents as evidence to support the points claims in your EOI.

Apply (노미네이션 신청)

Apply for NSW nomination by accessing the invitation link emailed to you within 14 days. Your invitation to apply for nomination will be issued by NSW to the email address you provided in your EOI. (초대 링크를 통해 노미네이션 신청)

The status of your EOI

Due to the large number of candidates in the selection pool, and the limited number of places available to the NSW Government, the selection process is extremely competitive. The vast majority of candidates will not be invited to apply for NSW 190 nomination. (한정된 쿼타로 다수의 신청인은 초대 대상에서 제외; 그럼에도 불구하고 되는 사람들이 있긴 함)

We cannot forecast the likelihood of candidates being invited to apply for NSW nomination. All valid EOIs in SkillSelect will be considered during NSW invitation rounds. (누가 초대될지 예측불허)

The NSW Government cannot preference or fast track candidates outside of normal policy and procedures due to the competitive nature of the program. (누구도 봐주거나 또는 빠른 처리 없음)

Real Case) 제 고객님의 경우 수주전 전체 점수 85 점으로 노미네이션 초대 받고 바로 신청하여 승인되어 190 비자 접수완료.  (영어 성적은 IELTS 기준 8.0 x 4 였고 developer programmer 였습니다.)
