NSW주정부에  현재는 NSW regional에 거주하지 않고 주소지를 바꾸면 신청이 가능한지 문의가 쇄도 한 모양입니다. 아래 내용의 관련 메일이 온 것을 볼때.
저희 고객님들도 저한테 문의를 주시곤 했습니다.

한마디로 불가하다고 볼 수 밖에 없겠습니다.
그리고 Section 48이라고 하여 현재 호주내에서 비자 거절된 분들도 사실은 신청이 불가하다고 이해하시면 됩니다.

Important update – Skilled Work Regional visa (subclass 491)

 

In response to a large number of enquiries, please read the information below:Can I move to regional NSW?

You cannot move to a designated regional area in NSW to satisfy NSW nomination requirements for this visa. (이사 불가)

Your place of residence must already be well established and demonstrated through evidence such as: rental payments, rental agreements, bank statements showing purchases and utility, phone or internet bills. (가족 증빙자료 필요하게 되기때문)
I am subject to a section 48 bar, can I apply for NSW nomination?

If you are subject to secton 48 bar, meaning you must be offshore to lodge a new visa application, you may submit your application for NSW nomination. (비자거절된 경우 호주밖에서 신청 그러나… 내년에나 기회가 주어질 듯)

However, please be aware we cannot guarantee that we will be able to nominate you to apply for your 491 visa in next financial year, commencing 1 July 2020. This is subject to advice we are waiting to receive from the Commonwealth Government.

아침에 다시 보니 아래와 같이 되어 있습니다.

2020년 6월 11일 저희들이 NSW주로 받은 문구는 분명히 12개월 경력 요구를 했었는데요.

이 조항이 없습니다. 결국 경력이 없이도 신청이 가능하다는 뜻으로  이해가 되는 것 같습니다. 

Applications must be received by 5pm Friday (AEST), 26 June 2020.

Who can apply?

You can only apply for NSW nomination if you are eligible for this visa subclass AND:

If you do not meet all of these requirements you are not able to apply for NSW nomination. Applications that do not meet these requirements will be declined. The NSW nomination fee is not refundable.

Important information

  • If you are applying for NSW nomination, this email is acknowledgement that your application has been received.
  • If your email is not an application for NSW nomination it will be deleted.
  • Enquiries regarding NSW nomination for a Skilled Regional Work visa (subclass 491) must be sent to skilled.migration@treasury.nsw.gov.au
  • Only one email may be sent for your application for NSW nomination.
  • To allow us to process applications efficiently, please do not contact us after submitting your application.
  • If we require any further information, we will contact you via email.
  • Only applications which include payment of the NSW nomination application fee will be processed.

 

Your application for NSW nomination

  • Your application has been received and your expression of interest (EOI) number is your reference number for your application.

 

Next steps

  • If we require further information, we will contact you when assessing your application.
  • We will not decline your application without allowing you the opportunity to provide further information or documents.
  • Please do not contact us to provide more information or ask for an update on the status of your application.

 

If your application is urgent

  • You may request that we expedite your application if any of the following will happen before 30 June 2020; (6월 30일 전에 다음과 같은 상황이 발생할 경우 이메일 보내어 빠른 요청을 부탁할 수도 있지만 그외는 모두 기다리라고 조언하고 있음)
    • your visa will expire, (비자 만기되는 상황)
    • you will lose points, which will reduce your total score to below 65 points (점수를 잃는 상황)
    • you will turn 45 years old (45세가 되는 상황)
    • your skills assessment or English language test result will expire (기술심사 또는 영어시험결과 만기되는 상황)
  • To request that your application be expedited, please send an email  to: skilled.migration@treasury.nsw.gov.au
  • The subject of your email must be in the following format:
    • Request to expedite – EOI number – visa subclass 491
  • Your email must include your full name, evidence of your visa expiry date, skills assessment expiry date, English language test expiry date or reduction in points score which results in you losing visa eligibility.

 

If your application for NSW nomination is approved

  • We will email you to advise that your application has been approved.
  • You will also receive an email from SkillSelect, inviting you to apply for the Skilled Work Regional visa  (subclass 491) to the Commonwealth Government Department of Home Affairs.
  • You will have 60 days to submit your visa application to the Department of Home Affairs.
  • Please ensure that you submit your visa application within this time-frame.
  • If you do not submit your visa application to the Department of Home Affairs within this time-frame, you will need to submit a new application for NSW nomination and pay the NSW nomination fee to receive another nomination.

안녕하세요.

NSW 주 491 비자 노미네이션 신청을 기다리던 분들께 희소식을 전합니다.

2020년 6월 11일 기다리고 기다리던 NSW 주정부의 491 비자 (주정부 stream)이 6월 15일 오픈한다는 소식을 방금전에 접한 것 그대로 공유해 드립니다.

2020년 6월 23일까지만 오픈한다고 하며 아마 제가 생각하기에 그전에 엄청난 신청인이 몰려서 조기마감될 가능성이 높지 싶습니다.

하여 저도 제 VIP 고객님들의 케이스를 사전에 미리 검토하고 오픈하면 즉시 접수할 수 있도록 조치할 것입니다.

NSW주는 2019년 11월 16일 491 비자 발표후 처음 오픈하는 것입니다.
몇일전 실제 자료 공유해 드렸습니다만 (링크참고) 현재 NSW주는 491 비자를 위한 nomination 은 0건 그리고 남은 유용한 숫자는 2745 건수가 있습니다. 하루 아침에 다 소진 되진 않을 것으로 예상은 합니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 가장 빠르고 정확하게 접수해 드릴 것을 약속드립니다.
(이미 몇주전에 서류까지 모두 준비된 상태이긴 함.)

 

NSW Treasury will begin accepting for NSW nomination for the Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 491) on Monday 15 June 2020.

NSW Treasury will stop accepting applications at 5pm Tuesday 23 June 2020.

Applications will be assessed by the end of the financial year; Tuesday 30 June 2020.

Who can apply?

Only candidates who meet all the requirements below will be able to submit an application.

If you do not meet these requirements, we strongly urge you not to apply as your application will be declined.

The NSW nomination fee is not refundable.

Requirements

You can only apply for NSW nomination if you meet Department of Home Affairs’ requirements for this visa and:

1.    have an occupation on the NSW Stream 1 Regional Skilled Occupation List (see below),  and;
2.    have been living in a designated regional area in NSW for at least the last 12 months, and;
3.    have been working in a designated regional area in NSW for at least the last 12 months, and;
4.    have been working in your nominated occupation, or a closely related occupation, for at least the last 12 months.

If you do not meet all of these requirements, you are not able to apply for NSW nomination.

How to apply

We will publish information on how to apply for NSW nomination on our website on Monday, 15 June 2020.

Your application

As we have a short time-frame to assess your application, it is important that your application is complete.

Before submitting your application, please carefully review our frequently asked questions and document checklist which will be included in our application form.

These will be published on our website on Monday 15 June 2020.
