The standard application fee will increase to $952 The fee payable for review of Small Business Taxation Decisions will increase to $511 The fee payable for certain taxation applications will increase to $94 Concession: no change from $100 These fee increases will apply where an application fee is paid on or after 1 July 2020, even if the application was lodged before that date. Migration and Refugee Division For applications for review of a decision which are lodged on or after 1 July 2020, the application fee will increase to $1,826 where a fee is payable. From 1 July 2020 application fees for the review of a decision, where a fee is payable, will increase.

The standard application fee will increase to $952
The fee payable for review of Small Business Taxation Decisions will increase to $511
The fee payable for certain taxation applications will increase to $94
Concession: no change from $100

These fee increases will apply where an application fee is paid on or after 1 July 2020, even if the application was lodged before that date.

Migration and Refugee Division

For applications for review of a decision which are lodged on or after 1 July 2020, the application fee will increase to $1,826 where a fee is payable.
