오늘 발표된 빅토리아 주정부의 아래 2가지 비자관련 중요한 메시지입니다.

* Business Talent (Permanent) visa (subclass 132)

* Business Innovation and Investment visa (subclass 188)

 program

2020년 4월 9일 정오 12시부터 132 & 188 비자 노미네이션 프로그램이 잠정적으로 중지합니다. 즉 2019-2020년 회계연도에는 더 이상 신청서를 받지 않는다는 뜻입니다.

대신 그전에 접수된 노미네이션 신청서는 정상적으로 처리될 것입니다.

향후 2020-2021년 회계연도는 2020년 7월 1일 이후부터 공지하고 새로운 노미네이션 신청서를 받게 될 것입니다.

그럼으로 초안을 만들어 놓고 아직 빅토리아정부에 전송하지 않은 신청서는 이날 전에 전송하세요. 그렇지 않으면 시스템에서 삭제될 것입니다.

From 12pm AEST Thursday 9 April 2020, Victoria’s subclass 132 and 188 visa nomination program will be paused for the remainder of 2019-20. This means that no new nomination applications will be accepted.

We will continue processing those received prior to this date, in accordance with our published processing times. New applications will be accepted in the 2020-21 financial year.

Please submit all draft applications on the Live In Melbourne website prior to this time. If draft applications are not submitted by this time, they will be removed and inaccessible.

빅토리아 정부는 아래 비자에 대한 노미네이션 신청서는 계속 받을 것입니다:

• Skilled Work Regional (subclass 491)
• Skilled Nominated (subclass 190)
• Business Innovation – Extension only (subclass 188A Extension)
• Significant Investor – Extension only (subclass 188C Extension)
• Permanent Business Innovation (subclass 888A)
• Permanent Investor (subclass 888B)
• Permanent Significant Investor (subclass 888C).
