You want to withdraw a visa application

​If we have not yet granted the visa

To withdraw a visa application, complete Form 1446 Withdrawal of a visa application (338KB PDF). (비자가 그란트 되기 전에 신청인이 신청한 비자를 취하하고 싶다면 form 1446을 작성하여 ImmiAccount를 이용하여 제출하거나 또는 담당 case officer 또는 해당 케이스를 담당하는 팀에게 직접 메일을 보낼  수 있습니다.)

If your application is in ImmiAccount, attach the completed form to your application. Otherwise, email the completed form to the place processing your application.

Withdrawing as a sponsor of a former partner or spouse

If your relationship ends, you can withdraw as the sponsor of their visa. Write us a letter that includes: (상대하고 헤어지고 비자의 스폰서로서 취하하는 경우 아래 내용을 작성하여 비자를 처리하느 곳으로 편지를 이메일로 보내어 취하할 수 있습니다)

• your full name and date of birth
• transaction reference number (TRN) or file reference number (FRN) for the application
• a statement that you withdraw sponsorship from the Partner visa application

Email the letter to the place processing your application.

Removing an online application from ImmiAccount does not withdraw it. You must tell us in writing that you no longer want to sponsor your former partner or spouse. (Formal하게 편지를 작성하여 자신의 파트너 / 배우자를 더 이상 스폰서하길 원치 않는다고 알려야 함에 유의)

If we have granted the visa (만약 비자가 그란트 되었다면?)

You cannot withdraw an application after we have granted the visa. All you can do is apply for a different visa. (더이상 철회는 불가함)

Withdrawing as a sponsor of a former partner or spouse

If we have already granted a permanent or temporary partner visa, you cannot withdraw as the sponsor of that visa. (임시 / 영주 비자가 이미 그란트되었다면 스폰서로서 더이상 철회는 불가함에 유의; 따라서 철회를 진정 원한다면 그란트 전에 철회요청을 해야 합니다)
