부도덕 한 행위 (거짓 정보를 제출하거나 남의 글을 도용하는 표절 및 서류 조작하는 것 등) 를 하다가 적발되면 신청한 기술심사 요청 자체가 거절되고 다음에 다른 신청서를 아예 제출을 못하게 된다고 하며 이민성에 이 사실을 통보한다는 내용입니다.

CHANGE IN LENGTH OF BAN
Engineers Australia has been taking serious actions against unethical behaviours. Providing misleading or false information, plagiarised content or fraudulent documents may result in a rejection of the whole application and a ban from submitting another application, including notifying the Department of Home Affairs of the unethical behaviour.

부도덕한 행위에 따라 12개월 또는 24개월 재신청불가 조치를 한다고 하니 가짜 서류 / 서류 조작 / 표절등과 같은 행위를 하는 과보를 받지 않아야 하겠습니다.
Depending on the unethical behaviour, the ban imposed could be either 12 or 24 months. Engineers Australia maintains the right to impose or extend the ban period when the unethical behaviour was found at any stage of the process. This will be deployed soon.
