South Australian employers will benefit from the pending introduction of two Designated Area Migration Agreements. The Government of South Australia is currently finalising the details of the Designated Area Migration Agreements with the Australian Department of Home Affairs. (연방정부와 다마 프로그램의 자세한 내용을 결정할 것이라고 함)

The Designated Area Migration Agreements will enable South Australian employers to sponsor skilled overseas workers for positions they are unable to fill with local workers. The Designated Area Migration Agreements will provide access to additional occupations and concessions to the standard migration program. (다마프로그램은 남호주 고용주들이 남호주에서 구하지 못하는 피고용주들을 외국인으로 채용할 수 있도록 할 것임) 기본적으로 이 프로그램은 기존의 482 비자에서 몇가지 혜택을 주는 제도로 호주 연방정부에서 지방정부에서 원하면 할 수 있도록 하는 제도임. 따라서, 이 비자는 고용주가 482 비자 (TSS)를 통해 외국인노동자 (외노자)를 고용하기 위해서 이 다마를 이용할 때는 미리 정부로 부터 우리는 몇명의 직원을 무슨 직무와 직책에 얼마동안 고용을 하겠다는 노동계약 (labour agreement)를 소요할 때 외노자 채용이 가능하게 됨.

South Australia’s Designated Area Migration Agreements will utilise the labour agreement stream of the Temporary Skill Shortage visa (subclass 482). Businesses will enter into a labour agreement with the Australian Government and workers will then be granted a subclass 482 visa. As the Agreements are an employer-sponsored visa program, individual workers cannot apply for a visa independently.

South Australia’s Designated Area Migration Agreements are: (남호주 다마가 가능하게 될 분야 / 노동계약)

• Adelaide Technology and Innovation Advancement Agreement – which focuses on Adelaide’s high-tech growth industries including defence, space, technology and advanced manufacturing industries. (에델레이드의 고기술성장분야, 국방, 우주, 테크놀로지 와 선진화된 제조 산업등)
• South Australian Regional Workforce Agreement – which focuses on the South Australia’s regional high growth industries including agribusiness, forestry, health and social services, tourism and hospitality, construction and mining. (남호주 지방에서 필요로 하는 노동력, 노업산업, 산림, 건강 및 사회서비스, 여행 및 관광서브스업, 건설 및 광산분야)

The key aims of South Australia’s Designated Area Migration Agreements are to provide: (혜택)

• pathways to permanent residency for visa holders in most occupations listed (영주권을 받을 수 있는 길)
• a wider range of occupations that reflect skilled and semi-skilled shortages in South Australia, with no caveats to apply (폭넓은 직업군)
• English language concessions for some occupations (몇몇 직업군에 대한 낮은 영어성적)
• Salary concessions in relevant occupations that reflect South Australia’s market rates, ensuring that worker terms and conditions of employment are not eroded (낮은 급여)
• Increased age-limit for selected occupations. (높은 나이제한)

In developing the Designated Area Migration Agreements, the Government of South Australia has consulted with a range of stakeholders in the industries covered by the Designated Area Migration Agreements.
