189 비자 중에서 Direct Entry로 피고용주를 하려고 할 때 연방정부 (이민성)에 노미네이션신청을 하기 전에 각주 또는 테리토리에 있는 RCB(Regional Certifying Body)로부터 RCB certificate 이라고 하여 고용을 해도 된다는 일종의 허락을 받아야 합니다. NT의 경우 어떤 과정이 있는지 함께 공유해 드립니다.

Northern Territory에서 RSMS (189 DE)를 신청하기 위해서는 NT에 있는 RCB에 폼 1404와 관련지원서류를 제출하고 허락이 될 때 고용주는 피고용주 (외국인피고용주)를 노미네이션신청이 가능해집니다.

Applying for a NT RCB assessment

A Northern Territory (NT) employer wishing to make an application for assessment to the Regional Certifying Body (RCB) should complete the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme – Regional Certifying Body advice Form 1404 and provide supporting documentation.

The following checklist provides a list of documents that need to be submitted to the NT RCB when a NT employer is applying for a RCB assessment.

The documents required vary depending on whether the sponsoring employer is: (서류는 사업장에 따라 다를 수 있지만 아래와 같은 서류가 필요할 수 있고 추가서류가 요청될 수 있습니다)

• a public company (listed on the ASX)
• a government department / agency, or
• any other organisation or business.

• Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme – Regional Certifying Body advice Form 1404.  (항상 최신폼이용)
• Form 956 must not be older than 90 days at the time of lodgement. (90일내의 폼 956) (이민법무사 이용할 경우만)
• Business profile (or link to the business’s website if the website has a business profile or annual report). 사업장설명
• If the business is involved in a Trust arrangement, please provide a copy of the Trust Deed. (옵션)
• Organisation chart of less than six months old (showing the position, reporting structure and number of employees).
• Job description. (조직도)
• A full financial report for the previous financial year and BAS statements from 1 July until present. (자세한 재무보고서)
• Australian Business Registerand Australian Securities & Investments Commission database extracts for the nominating business.
• Documents showing: (2가지 중에 하나)

• if an Australian or Australian permanent resident is undertaking the same job in the business the terms and conditions of payment (payslips and  employment contracts), or
• if there is no Australian or Australian permanent resident undertaking the same job in the business, the terms and conditions of employment (payslips and  employment contracts) of any other employee currently or previously undertaking the same job in the business.

• Letter of offer / employment contract outlining terms and conditions and referencing either: (노동조건을 담은 계약서 또는 오퍼)
  • the relevant enterprise agreement or
  • if there is no enterprise agreement in place the relevant award.
• A statutory declaration (32.9 kb)| statutory declaration (18.5 kb)stating that the terms and conditions applicable to the position will be no less favourable than the terms and conditions that: (한마디로 노동착취 임금착취 등을 하지 않겠다는 서약)

• are provided, or
• would be provided

• to an Australian citizen or an Australian permanent resident for performing equivalent work in this business.
• The terms and conditions will be no less than those as expressed in the letter of offer / employment contract.
• There is a genuine need for the nominator to employ a paid employee to work in the position under the nominator’s direct control.
• The position cannot be filled by an Australian citizen or an Australian permanent resident who is living in the same local area where the nominated position exists.
• The declaration must include the business name, ABN and the terms and conditions being offered. It must also be signed by an appropriate person within the nominating employer.

• If the occupation is noton the Northern Territory Skilled Occupation Priority List evidence that the business is unable to recruit locally (genuine job advertisements, recruitment outcomes and other evidence of recruitment activities). (이 목록에 포함된 직업군은 고용활동관련하여 호주인/호주영주권자를 찾지 못함을 증빙서류 제출할 필요 없음)
• Employee profile including their CV, qualifications, passport ID page, number of dependants and current visa or last substantive visa if on a Bridging Visa (if applicable). (피고용주의 서류: 이력서, 학위, 여권첫장, 자녀수 그리고 현재 비자 또는 마지막 합법적인비자 (현재 BV를 소지한 외국인 근로자인 경우))
• There may be circumstances where NT RCB case officers request additional documents to support their assessment decision. (NT RCB 케이스담당자가 RCB 신청서를 평가하는데 있어 추가 서류 요청할 수 있는 상황이 있음) 따라서 이때 기술심사결과 또는 영어 성적 IELTS 6.0 x 4 (최소)를 요청받을 수도 있기 때문에 선필수라고 할 수 있겠습니다.
• Requests for assessment can be submitted as: (신청서 보내질 주소)
• an electronic application, by emailing an application scanned as a single PDF to migration@nt.gov.au (이메일)

이 리스트에 포함이 된 직업군의 경우는 사업장이 호주영주권자 또는 시민권자를 고용하려고 시도했다는 증빙서류 예를들어 잡광고, 고용결과 및 다른 고용관련된 자료를 제출을 면제받게 됩니다. 예를들얼 요리사 또는 주방장의 경우는 최고 높은 우선순위에 포함되고 있어 고용관련 호주인을 모집해 봤지만 찾을 수 없었다는 증빙자료를 제출하지 않아도 됨.

Jobs and skill levels

The jobs listed on this page have all been assigned an Australian and New Zealand standard classification of occupation (ANZSCO) code and skill level.

The codes and skill levels are used for a range of purposes, including on application forms for migration to the NT and Australia.

Skill level numbers show the level of qualifications or experience needed for each job, in the following order:

• ANZSCO skill level 1 – bachelor degree or higher qualification
• ANZSCO skill level 2 – associate degree, advanced diploma or diploma
• ANZSCO skill level 3 – certificate III or certificate IV
• ANZSCO skill level 4 – certificate II or certificate III
