Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) – 482 비자 중 Short-Term 직업군 비자기간예외규정

한국 국적 / 한국 영주권자의 경우 아래와 같은 직업군은 Short-Term 직업군에 속하더라도 2년 임시비자가 아니 4년 비자를 받게 됩니다.

이는 호주와 국제무역거래동의를 한 경우에 가능한 것으로

163개의 국제무역국가중에서 ITO에 한국도 포함되어 한인들에게 이득을 주는 것임.

Executive or Senior Manager occupations for the purposes of international trade obligations

For the purposes of international trade obligations, the following occupations are considered to be Executives or Senior Managers:

Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) Short-term stream visa period and international trade obligations

The short-term stream of the TSS visa is available to sponsor an overseas skilled worker on a temporary basis in occupations listed on the Short-term Skilled Occupation list (STSOL) – see list of eligible skilled occupations. It can be used to fill positions for a maximum of:

  • two years or (보통 2년)
  • four years if an International Trade Obligation (ITO) (그러나 한국이 ITO에 속해 있어서 위에 있는 직업군의 경우 4년 비자 받게 됨)

Under Australia’s ITOs, you may be eligible to nominate a worker in the Short-term stream of the TSS visa with a duration of up to four years if:

  • The nominee is an intra-corporate transferee: (한국인 이 조항에 해당)
  • The nominee is a citizen/national of China (중국인)
  • the nominee is an intra-corporate transferee from a company based in Singapore and a citizen/national/permanent resident of Singapore (싱가폴인)
  • the nominee is an intra-corporate transferee from a company based in Thailand and a citizen/national of Thailand (태국인)
  • your business currently operates in Thailand and is seeking to establish a business in Australia, where the nominated occupation is an ‘Executive or Senior Manager occupation‘, and the nominee is a citizen/national of Thailand. (태국인은 아니지만 태국에 비즈니스를 하고 있고 호주에 비즈니스를 설립하고 지명된직업군이 해당 고위급 메니저중에 하나일 경우)

You may be eligible to nominate a worker in the Short-term stream of the TSS visa with a duration of up to three years if the nominee is a citizen/national of Thailand. (태국인은 3년)
