Legislative Instrument – F2017L01480 – IMMI 17/127: Arrangements for Temporary Work and Temporary Activity Visa Applications makes changes to the specified visa application arrangements for the Class GD, International Relations, Subclass 403 visa.

Schedule 4 of this Instrument removes the option to lodge a paper application for all streams of the Temporary Work (International Relations) (Class GD) visa, unless use of the paper lodgement form is authorised by the Department in circumstances where a systems error prevents online lodgement.

Online lodgement only will be available for the Temporary Work (International Relations) (Class GD) visa from 18 November 2017, unless authorised by the Department.

This Instrument commences on 18 November 2017 and repeals Instrument IMMI 17/039.
