GSM (기술이민) 비자에 대한 할당 날짜 – 즉 접수를 하고 나면 Case Officer (CO라고 부름)가 할당되는 날짜를 의미합니다.

Allocation dates for General Skilled Migration applications

​​General Skilled Migration (GSM) processing centres allocate applications in accordance with priority processing arrangements; and to meet the Migration Programme planning levels set by the Australian Government. (비자신청서가 접수가 되면 비자프로세싱 우선순위와 관련하여 그리고 정부에서 정한 각비자의 할당된 쿼타를 만족하는 범위에서 CO가 할당됩니다.

Effective 1 July 2017, the minister set priority processing arrangements for certain skilled migration visas. Allocation dates outlined below reflect these priority processing arrangements. (2017년 7월 1일 이후로 효과가 있고 일부 기술이민비자에 대한 우선처리조건을 마련함. 밑에 기술된 할당 날짜는 이 우선처리조건을 반영한 것임)

Achieving a faster visa decision

Most ‘complete’ applications are finalised within three months of lodgement. Incomplete applications are less likely to be finalised within three months of lodgement because additional documentation might be required before the application can be finalised. (완벽하게 신청된 비자신청서는 접수후 보통 3개월 안에 처리되고 완벽하게 준비되지 않은 신청서는 추가적인 자료 요구 등이 있기 때문에 3개월 안에 결정될 가능성이 적게 됨)

A ‘complete application’ has health examinations undertaken and all required documentation uploaded to ImmiAccount before the application is allocated for assessment.

Refer to the document checklist for your visa subclass for details of required information. Attach documents to your application or update your application details using ImmiAccount. (완벽한 신청서는 보통 신체검사까지 완료하고 요구된 모든 문서가 온라인 ImmiAccount로 업로드된 상태)

If your application cannot be finalised immediately you will receive advice that your application has been allocated to a processing team. This will occur within two weeks of your allocation date and provide an email address for contact with the processing team. (신청서가 즉시 의사결정될 수 없는 경우 해당 처리팀에 할당되고 우선순위에 따라 할당된 날짜의 2주 안에 발생한다. 이후 비자 처리팀안의 연락처가 이메일로 보내진다.

If you cannot attach documents using ImmiAccount then you can provide additional documentation by emailing colour scans of documents directly to the processing team once your application is allocated. (온라인으로 올리지 못하는 문서가 있을 경우 신청서가 할당된 이후로 처리팀에 직접 컬러스케닝된 추가적인 문서를 보낼 수 있다.

The tables below list the earliest lodgement dates for applications that have been allocated to processing teams. You can use this information to determine when your application will be allocated and to ensure your application is complete and ready for assessment. (아래 내용을 보면 내 비자신청서는 언제 CO에게 할당될지 예측하는 것으로 사용될 수 있음)

Within each priority group, ‘complete applications’ will receive preference for assessment. (추가 자료가 없는 경우 처리 선호 대상임)

GSM SkillSelect allocation information (우선순위)

Migration Programme planning levels take precedence over priority processing arrangements in determining the order in which applications are considered. Allocations occur in accordance with the requirements of these planning levels. This means that when necessary applications in Priority Group 4 are allocated ahead of Priority Group 3. ( 우선 순위 그룹 3에 있는 신청서들은 우선순위 그룹 4에 있는 것들 보다 앞선다)

GSM priority exempt allocation information (우선순위 예외 할당 정보)

Visas listed below are exempt from the priority processing direction and applications are processed in the order in which they were received (아래 리스트 된 비자들은 우선순위처리권장에서 예외처리 됨을 의미하고 접수된 날짜 순서로 처리되고 있음을 의미함

따라서, Agent 를 이용하시는 분들은 자신이 거래하는 Agent에 믿고 의존하면 가장 좋다고 보여집니다.

첨언으로 현재 190비자를 신청한 두 분의 case가 있고 신청된 후 약 3개월이내에
또 다른 한분은 신체검사 때문에 다소 지연되었지만 그래도 빠른 처리가 되고 있는 중임이 보여지고 있습니다.
