타지의 190 state sponsorship 자격 조건 중에 유학을 할 경우 아래와 같이 조건을 만족할 수 있어야 합니다.
Category 1 – Tasmanian Graduate (2 years minimum study in Tasmania)
To be considered for this category you must meet all the following criteria.
Have completed and graduated from a CRICOS registered tertiary institution in Tasmania and met the Australian study requirement through study in Tasmania.
You and your dependants must currently be in Tasmania and can provide evidence of genuine commitment to continue to live in Tasmania (please refer to disclaimer at the bottom of this page for indicators as to how to meet this requirement).
Have lived in the state during your period of study (evidence of this needs to be provided).
** For applicants who enrolled in a Tasmanian tertiary institution prior to 31 July 2017, to be considered for this category, you must meet the following criteria: (이 조건은 2017년 7월 31일 이전에 타지에서 공부한 경우에 해당함에 유의)
completed and graduated from a CRICOS registered tertiary institution in Tasmania. The course undertaken:
must be either a degree (a bachelor or any higher degree), a diploma, an advanced diploma, or a trade qualification (minimum Cert III level for a skilled occupation in Major Group 3 in ANZSCO)
must have a minimum duration of one academic year (40 weeks)
must be full-time and on-site in Tasmania
you and your dependants are currently in Tasmania and can provide evidence of genuine commitment to living in Tasmania. Please refer to disclaimer at the bottom of this page for indicators as to how to meet this requirement
lived in the state for at least 12 months during your period of study (evidence needs to be provided).
즉, 2년간 타지에서 거주 + 공부를 하고 있어야 하며 state sponsorship 신청할 때도 타지에 살고 있어야 한다는 점 코스는 최소 2년짜리 이어야 함
2년 최소 코스를 마친 경우 비자를 코스에 따라 1.5년 / 2년 /3년 /4년의 sc 485 visa를 신청할 수 있는 자격이 됩니다.
따라서, 타지에 거주하면서 190 / 489 비자를 위한 준비를 할 수도 있겠습니다.
