약 22년전인 2002년 2월 부터 물맑은 호주이민닷컴 무료 온라인 상담실 을 운영해왔고요.
이곳 온라인비자 상담실은 재능보시차원에서 간단한 질문에 조언드리는 장입니다.
호주 비자법, 취업, 생활, 호주자녀교육, 취미생활 등 무슨 질문이든 주셔도 좋습니다.

Paid placement는 학교에 문의를 하시고요.
결과 나오기 전에 그럼에도 불구하고 일을 해야 하는 상황이니
head chef에게 난 20시간만 법적으로 일할 수 있다
하여 난 20시간만 제대로 급여를 받고 일하겠다 라고.
그리고 나서 paid placement (코스 과정중에 하나로 인정이 된다면) 인정이 되면 그때는 그때 head chef랑 이야기를 또 해 보세요.
서로 win-win 상황이 아닐까 싶습니다.
자원봉사로 일을 하겠다는 것은 이 상황에서는 허용이 되지 않습니다.
상업적으로 일하는 작업장이라서 우선 조건 만족하지 못하기 때문에.
Volunteer work
Work, as defined in regulation 1.03, does not include certain activities for which no remuneration is received. Student visa holders, and their dependants, who are subject to condition 8104 or 8105, may undertake volunteer work outside of the 40 hour work limitation if:
their main purpose is to study in Australia and any voluntary work remains incidental to this and
the work involved would not otherwise be undertaken by an Australian resident and
the work is genuinely voluntary for a non-profit organisation and that no remuneration, in cash or kind, is received in return for the activity. (이조건을 만족하지 못함)
Unpaid work that does not conform to the description of volunteer work above must be undertaken within the work limitation.
