안녕하세요 법무사님. 작년 6월에 코비드 비자를 신청해서
Temporary Activity(sybcalss 408) 비자를 취득하여 일을 하고 있었습니다.
비자를 취득하기 전에 워킹홀리데이 퍼스트 비자였고 시드니에서 일을 하며 코비드 비자를 신청하여 일을 계속 하다가
다른 일을 구하기 위해 일을 그만 둔 상태입니다.
seek.com에서 일을 구하고 있는데 비자 현황에 스폰서가 필요한 일자리에 제한이 있는 임시 비자라고 표시가 되어
seek.com에 문의를 해보니
Per your Visa Grant Notice, you have work limitation (visa condition 8107).
This condition means that if you have been granted works rights in Australia, but these work rights are subject to limitations.
Your condition allows you to be employed by a particular employer or undertake specific activities in Australia. If you are working for a particular employer you must:
continue to be employed by that employer
not work for any other employer
not be self-employed
not undertake any work that is inconsistent with the purpose of the visa.
If you are allowed to undertake specific activities in Australia other than employment you must:
continue to undertake those activities
not undertake any activities that are inconsistent with the purpose of the visa
not be self-employed
not undertake work for another person that is inconsistent with the purpose of the visa.
Failure to meet the above requirements will mean you are in breach of condition 8107 and your visa may be cancelled.
I’d like to reassure you that if you are unable to verify and share your work-related credentials for any reason, your job application itself is still visible to the employer as normal. The employer will still see the details of your application, the answers to the role requirement questions, and your resume and cover letter as provided.
이런 메일을 받았습니다. 이 메일에 따르면 408 비자이긴 하지만 비자 컨디션이 8107 Work limitation으로 분류가 되어서 제한이 있는 비자로 표시가 된다는 것 같은데
그렇다면 저는 이 비자로 다른 고용주 밑에서 일을 할 수 없는건지 궁금합니다. 만약 그렇다면 세컨드 워킹홀리데이 비자 조건이 되는데 바로 비자를 변경해야 일을 시작할수 있을까요?
