Training visa (subclass 407)
Features
This visa allows you to:
take part in workplace-based training to enhance your skills in your current occupation, area of tertiary study, field of expertise
participate in a professional development training program in Australia.
This visa is not appropriate for persons whose sole intention is to work.
Length of stay
Up to 2 years (최대 거주 2년)
Sponsor documents (준비해야 할 서류 목록)
이 비자는 신청이 자격이 되어야 하지만
또한 스폰서 (고용주)의 자격을 만족해야 합니다.
사업장은 호주에서 4년간 사업을 했다고 했으니 합법적으로 잘 운영이 된 것이기 때문에
우선 스폰서 관련하여
Certificate of registration for tax purposes showing your Australian Business Number (ABN).
If you operate under a trading name: business names extract.
If you are a company: Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) historical company extract (registration with ASIC).
If you are an operation under a trust structure:
relevant pages of the trust deed (pages listing parties to the trust and the signature page)
an ASIC historical company extract (where the trustee is a company).
If you are an operation under a franchise: relevant pages of the franchise agreement (pages listing parties in the franchise agreement and the signature page).
If you are a not-for-profit organisation: a tax exemption certificate.
서류를 준비하고
스폰서를 할 수 있는 재정적능력이 되는지 아래 서류 또한 준비하고
Documents to demonstrate that you satisfy sponsorship/support requirements:
bank statements (provide at least six months’ worth of your most recent bank statements)
tax returns for the most recently concluded year
profit and loss statements and balance sheets for the most recently concluded financial year
a letter of support from a qualified accountant (CPA, CA, Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) registered), or reputable financial institution that clearly summarises the organisation’s ability to meet its financial responsibilities.
영주권자 / 시민권자 아닌 피고용인을 고용한 경우 관련 정보 제출하고
Compliance with Australian laws
Information relating to your employment arrangements for the past 12 months of any person who is not an Australian citizen or permanent resident
관련 스폰서쉽을 신청하게 됩니다.
이 서류가 제출되면 sponsorship 줄 수 있는 여부 결정되고
그 결정이후에 nomination 을 해야 함 (즉 직원 고용을 위한)
이를 위해서 준비할 서류.

Form 1284 Acknowledgement of unpaid placement—sponsor (88 KB PDF)

A copy of the training contract or agreement.
Details of all periods and places of training, including on-the-job training, classroom-based training and supervised work activities.
A statement from you confirming that the nominee has functional English language skills to undertake the training programme.
If registration or licensing is required for the nominee to do the training: copies of the registration or licence.
피고용인의 해외 자격증, 이력서, 학위 등
Occupational training required for registration
A letter from the regulatory body for the identified occupation in Australia or the nominee’s home country:
stating that the nominated training is necessary for the nominee to obtain registration, membership or licensing to work in the occupation
naming the person being nominated to do the training.
A copy of the nominee's relevant qualifications and CV.
A copy of the structured workplace-based training programme.
