거두절미하고 조언 드립니다.
코스를 볼 때 직업군은 WELFARE WORKER ANZSCO 272613 에 해당할 것 같습니다.
현 이민법상 졸업하고 나도 189 / 489 기술비자 또는 485 졸업비자도 신청 자격이 안됩니다.
영어 성적이 필요하는가? Yes 입니다.

참고로 이런 내용은 이민법이 아니에요. 기술심사 방법일 뿐입니다.

질문은 늘 간단하지만 하나의 답변을 드리기 위해서 전체적인 내용을 확 풀어 해석할 수 있어야 합니다.
첫부분에 아래와 같이 나와 있습니다. (최소 조건을 만족하는 서류 조건 중에 두번째에 보면 아주 유창한 수준, proficient 영어 능력이어야 한다고. )
Minimum requirements
There are three different pathways for applicants seeking assessment as a welfare worker. However, all new applicants must, at a minimum:
• Have an ACWA accredited diploma (AQF level 5), or a relevant bachelor degree qualification (AQF level 7)
• Be proficient in English (refer to the English language requirement)
• Be current in the industry

1) English language tests
For an English language test to be accepted the results must have been issued within 3 years of applying to ACWA.
• IELTS can be general or academic. You will need a score of 7 in each band. Multiple tests can be submitted but the results must all be within a period of 12 months.

Welfare Worker Category A – ACWA accredited or overseas recognised qualification
ACWA accredited and overseas recognised qualifications are those which are most compatible. Subjects offered in these qualifications are highly relevant and each of them includes a mandatory fieldwork placement component. The fieldwork placement component ensures a basic level of experience in working with clients.
PLEASE NOTE: Where an applicant is unable to provide evidence of fieldwork placements the application will be assessed under Category B.
Assessment criteria
Category A assessment criteria are:
1. Completion of an ACWA accredited diploma course or higher, or a course completed overseas that is recognised by ACWA and equivalent to an AQF level 5 diploma qualification or higher.
2. English language proficiency

• Current CV/resume including 2 referees with current contact details, one of which must have been a workplace supervisor
• Position descriptions for relevant work experience. Applicants must provide this evidence for all work experience claims made in the application.
• Letter from employer showing details of the position including title, type, whether part-time or full time, and start and end dates. Applicants must provide this evidence for all work experience claims made in the application.
5) Industry currency (Category A applicants if applicable. All Category C applicants).
• If using option 1 or 2
1. Position description for the industry experience
2. Letter from current employer showing details of the position including title, type, whether part-time or full-time, and start and end dates
• If using option 3
1. attendance and activity details eg.certificates, letter from provider with details of content and total hours.
6) Other supporting documents
• If applicable (Category C applicants), copy of expired or expiring skills assessment certificate
• If applicable, evidence of professional registration/membership in your country of training or a country you have worked in. Evidence can include a certified copy of registration certificate or online registration verification number.

제가 알기로는 관련 협회 등록을 위해 영어 점수 each 7.0 필요한게 선행 되어야 한다고 알고 있는데 점수와 상관 없이 2년 거주하며 diploma course를 갖추는 것만으로 자격이 되는지 우선 확인 부탁 드려요.
만약 점수가 조건으로 필요하다면 2년 학업 기간 내에 득해야지만 문제가 없는 것인가요? 이 학업이 short term 리스트에 있어서 졸업생 비자도 안나오는 것으로 알고 있어서 시간적으로 조금 부담이 되고 있네요.
