To receive Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 491) nomination from Victoria, you will need to meet the following minimum eligibility requirements: (초대가 되기 위해서 아래 조건은 최소한 만족해야 함)

Age : 나이는 45세 미만일 것 (491비자를 위해서 노미네이션 신청서 보낼때)

Be below age 45 to submit a nomination application for the Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) (subclass 491) visa.

English language: 영어 IELTS 기준 6.0 x 4 (과락 없이)

You must have a Competent level of English (or equivalent).

All applicants must have an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of at least six in each band score or equivalent.  Alternative English language tests are accepted.  Applicants can obtain the IELTS equivalent in any of the following Department of Home Affairs’ accepted language tests: OET, TOEFL iBT, PTE Academic and Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE). 이와 같은 영어성적도 인정됨

You must upload a scanned copy of your English language test result as part of the online nomination application. Please ensure that your English test result is valid for at least 12 weeks at the time of submitting a visa nomination application. (주의: 영어 성적의 3년 만기의 최소 12주는 남아 있어야 함)

Please note: If you are a citizen of the USA, UK, Canada, Republic of Ireland or New Zealand you are not required to submit English language test results. You must submit a copy of your passport bio page.

Residency: 거주 조건으로 반드시 과거 최소 6개월동안 VIC 지방에서 거주하며 살고 있어야 하며 (현재도 계속 살고 있어야 함에 유의. 즉 현재는 VIC주에 살고 있지 않고 있다면 아무리 VIC지방에서 6개월 이상 살았다고 해도 이 거주조건을 만족 못하게 됨을 주의)

You must have lived and worked in regional Victoria for at least the past 3 months. (3개월거주조건)

You will be required to provide evidence of your residency with your application form. For example, you may wish to provide: (관련 증빙자료 들제출할 수 있어야 함; 위장 전입하여 거주 불가; 노파심에 언급)

• a current bill
• a bill or documentation evidencing your residency from 3 months ago

Employment and occupation: 취업 및 직업군 – 현재 반드시 VIC지방에서 취업되어 있어야 함. 현재는 (critical section에 해당하는 직업군으로 한정되어 있음) 역시 최소한 6개월 동안 직장에 근무하고 있어야 함.

You must be currently employed in regional Victoria in a highly skilled occupation in health or medical research which supports Victoria’s economic recovery and health response for at least the past 3 months. Your occupation must be on one of the Department of Home Affairs’ eligible lists for nomination applicationsexternal link.

You will need to provide evidence of this work experience by providing: (다음과 같은 증빙자료 필요)

• a signed copy of your current employment contract
• your most recent payslip
• evidence of superannuation
• your current position description
• your current employer’s details (including telephone number)

Please note, the business where you are working must be: (사업장은 아래 조건을 만족해야 함; 최소 2년 VIC지방에서 회사 운영이 되어야 하고 VIC 지방에 위치한 회사일 것)

• active and operating in regional Victoria for at least two years; and
• be located in a designated regional area of Victoria.

Skills assessment: 기술심사는 노미네이션 되기 전에 완료되어 있어야 함 (이 또한 유효기간 만기전 12주는 남아 있어야 함)

A skills assessment must match the occupation you have nominated. Please ensure that your skills assessment is valid for at least 12 weeks at the time of submitting a visa nomination application.

Finances: 재정적 조건 요구되지 않음

There are no financial requirements as all applicants are already living and working in regional Victoria.

Genuine intention to Live, Work and study in a designated regional area in Victoria: 이외에도 VIC지방에 살며 일하고 공부하겠다는 참 의지가 있어야 함

You and your dependents must demonstrate that you are committed to living, working and/or studying in a designated regional area for the length of the visa period.

Declaration: 사인해야 함 (이 뜻은 VIC 지방에 거주 일과 공부를 하겠다는 일종의 선언)

You and your Migration Agent (if applicable) must read and sign the Victorian Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) (subclass 491) visa nomination declaration form in order to be considered for Victorian visa nomination.

Your resume or curriculum vitae (CV) is a critical document used to assess your suitability for Victorian visa nomination. It must provide evidence of skills and work experience and a detailed, chronological list of all relevant employment.
You should take the time to ensure your CV is professionally presented and details your skills, work readiness and work experience. You should explain any gaps in employment.

Your CV should be no more than four pages long and must include: (4장 이상 되지 않으면서 아래 내용을 담아야 함)

• Detailed description of relevant tasks and responsibilities performed within all employment
• Dates of employment (including month and year), and
• Dates of education and training.
