최소 노미네이션 조건들 

1. Applicants must meet Home Affairs minimum requirements for age, English levels and Points, and (연방정부에서 요구하는 나이, 영어수준 그리고 점수는 기본적으로 만족해야만 함) 그리고
2. Applicants must nominate an occupation eligible for a 190 or 491 nomination on the Skilled Migration Occupation List  and have a valid and positive Skills Assessment for that occupation, and (신청인은 SA 주정부에서 요구하는 190 / 491 노미네이션을 위한 유용한 직업군 목록중에 하나를 지명해야 함. 즉 자신의 직업군이 해당 직업군 목록에 포함되어야 함. 노미네이션 신청하는 시점에서; 때때로 빠졌다가 다시 들어와 있다가 또 빠졌다를 반복함에 유의)
3. Applicants must be currently working in South Australia for at least the last 3 months in their nominated or closely related occupation, for at least 20 hours per week or 40 hours per fortnight. The work experience must be undertaken post-qualification completion and paid at the appropriate rate for the skill level. (신청인의 경력조건으로서 반드시 남호주에서 현재 일하고 있어야 하며. 기간은 최소 지난 3개월동안 일했어야 하고 현재도 일하고 있어야 함. 그리고 근무시간은 최소 주당 20시간 또는 2주마다 40시간일것. 또한 그 경력은 반드시 졸업후 얻은 경력이어야 하며 자신의 직업군과 같거나 유사한 직업군으로서 급여는 마켓에서 받는 받아야 할 급여수준이어야 함; 따라서, 학교를 다니면서 인턴 또는 학업의 일부로서 일한 경력은 3개월 경력에 포함이 안됨에 유의)
4. The following applicants do not have to meet the work experience requirement listed above: (SA주에 있는 교육기관에서 PhD / 석사 연구직 과정을 마친 유학생의 경우 위에 언급된 경력조건을 만족하지 않아도 됨)

• International graduates of South Australian education institutions who have completed a PhD or Masters by Research.

Preferred requirements (아래 내용은 있으면 신청인에게 더 좋은 요구사항임)

In addition to the mandatory requirements listed above, applicants who meet the following conditions will have a better chance of being invited to submit an application. (위에 언급된 주정부의 최소조건을 만족하더라도 아래 조건을 만족하면 신청인들중에 선택될 가능성이 더 높아진다는 사실; 위의 조건을 만족했다고 하여 반드시 nomination 된다는 보장도 없지만 그렇다고 아래 조건을 만족한다고 하여 또한 된다는 보장은 없지만 필수조건과 아래 선택조건을 다 만족하면 할 수록 더 많이 Nomination 받을 가능성이 있다고 이해하면 좋을 듯)

1. Applicants with Proficient English overall or higher (IELTS 기준 7.0 x 4 또는 그 이상 소유한 신청인; PTE 도 물론 인정됨)
2. Applicants with at least 90 Points in your Expression of Interest (including state-nomination points) (주정부스폰서쉽 점수를 포함한 EOI 점수가 최소 90점을 가진 신청인; 90점 가진 사람들이 많으면 1번 영어 성적이 높은 사람이 선택될수 있음)
3. Applicants who are currently working in South Australia for at least the last 12 months in their nominated or closely related occupation and claiming Points for Australian work experience (호주에서 신청인의 직업군으로 1년간 근무를 하면 5점을 얻음; 이렇게 12개월 경력을 가진 사람이 없는 사람보다 유리하다고 이해할 수 있음)
4. Applicants who are currently living and working in outer regional South Australia. (남호주 지방에 현재 거주하고 일하는 신청인이 유리; 에델레이드에서 살면서 일하는 사람보다 유리하다고 이해하면 됨)
5. Applicants who meet the critical skills listed here for Commonwealth Government’s Travel Exemption Requirements (코로나바이러스와 관련하여 의료, aged care, 농촌에서 일하는 신청인들이 그렇지 않은 분들보다 유리)

Important information 

South Australia’s 190 and 491 visa nominations are subject to a quota. South Australia reserves the right to revise nomination eligibility criteria for these visa subclasses without notice. (제가 올려드리는 정보를 꾸준히 보신 분들은 아시겠지만 각 주마다 연방정부로 부터 받는 190 & 491 비자 노미네이션에 대한 할당된 숫자가 있고 남호주는 노미네이션 조건기준이 아무 통보 없이 변경할 수 있음)

The Commonwealth Department of Home Affairs has identified critical sectors to support Australia’s COVID-19 public health response and economic recovery. Applicants who are nominating occupations in these sectors will be prioritised. This list of priority critical sectors may change over time. (코로나바이러스 관련하여 의료 및 경제회복에 해당하는 직업군을 가진 신청인은 우선순위를 갖음; 이 직업군은 시간에 따라 변경될 수 있음)

If you meet the requirements listed above, please lodge your Expression on Interest (EOI) in SkillSelect. If you have a current EOI in SkillSelect, please ensure it is updated. All EOIs must be submission ready. (위의 조건을 만족하면 EOI 를 제출하고 현재 EOI를 가진 신청인들은 자신의 최신 정보로 EOI를 반드시 변경해야 함)

It is preferred that applicants choose ‘South Australia’ as their nominating state. However, applicants selecting ‘ANY’ state or territory or multiple states and territories (including South Australia) will be considered for nomination. (주석: 남호주를 선택한 신청인이 사실상 선택될 가능성이 있음)

If you are living and working in outer regional South Australia, please email gsm.sa@sa.gov.au to advise that your EOI has been lodged. Please include your full name, EOI ID number and the postcode where you are residing and/or working. (현재 남호주의 지방에서 거주하며 일하고 있다면 남호주에 바로 이메일로 연락하여 자신의 EOI를 들여다 볼 수 있도록 해야 좋음)

Your EOI will be reviewed by the Government of South Australia. If you are identified as an applicant who meets the Commonwealth and State Government critical skills, we will send you an invitation to submit an application for state nomination. (그런 다음에 SA주에서 남호주에서 원하는 EOI면 노미네이션을 신청하라는 초대장을 보내올 것임)

If you are invited to submit an application, you will receive an email with a unique weblink which will enable you to log into your unique application form. You will have 14 business days to complete your state nomination application from the date you are invited to apply. (초대장 받으면 14일 안에 신청 반드시 해야 함)

For South Australia to approve your online application and make a nomination in SkillSelect you need to meet the Department of Home Affairs criteria and South Australia’s requirements. Please note: (당연히 주정부는 물론이고 연방정부에서 요구하는 조건을 반드시 만족해야 함; 하나라도 맞지 않으면 중간에 처리중에 거절됨)

• Your personal details in your South Australian online application must be the same as your EOI. Any discrepancies will result in nomination refusal. (특히 EOI 내용과 신청서의 내용이 다르면 거절되는 최악의 사유가 됨)
• Your nominated occupation in your South Australian online application must match your nominated occupation in your EOI. (EOI에 제출된 직업군과 노미네이션 신청서의 직업군이 반드시 매칭되어야 함)
• Your South Australian online application must contain evidence of your EOI points claim, and evidence of your South Australian work experience. Please refer to the document checklist for more information.(EOI 점수를 위한 증빙자료 남호주에서 일한 경력에 관련된 증빙자료 모두 제출되어야 함)
• Missing or incorrect documentation may result in your South Australian application being refused. (거짓자료를 제출하면 신청서는 거절될 것임)
• Additional documentation after submission of your South Australian application will not be accepted, unless requested. (따로 요청되지 않는 이상, 노미네이션 신청서가 제출된 다음 추가 자료는 수락되지 않을 것임; 따라서 처음부터 준비잘 해야 함)
• Any information edited in your EOI that had not been provided/included at time of submission of your South Australian application and affects your points, will not be accepted. ( EOI 점수는 항상 최신 것이어야 하고 제출후 변경할 경우 수락되지 않음에 매우 유의해야 함)

Your application will be assessed by South Australia within 6 to 8 weeks. Priority processing is not available, however if you have an imminent visa expiry we will make every endeavour to assess your application before your visa expiry. (보통 6-8주 소요; 비자 만기되는 사람들은 따로 연락가능)

South Australia reserves the right to offer a 491 provisional visa nomination for applicants otherwise eligible for a 190 visa nomination. If applying for 190 nomination, please ensure you have both visa subclasses selected in your EOI. (남호주는 190 노미네이션을 만족하지 못할 경우 491 노미네이션을 승인해 줄 수 있음; 따라서 EOI제출시 190 & 491 둘다 선택되어 있어야 함)

Prospective applicants who meet the requirements listed above and lodge an EOI are not guaranteed to be invited to submit an application. Applying for nomination does not guarantee you will receive nomination by South Australia or be granted an Australian visa. Invitation to submit an application and nomination is determined at the discretion of the Government of South Australia and is subject to quotas and Commonwealth and State priorities. (노미네이션을 제출했다고 하여 노미네이션승인 또는 비자그란트가 보장되는 것이 아님에 유의)
