2019년 11월 16일 부터 189 / 190 / 491 비자 신청하는 방법

기존의 방법대로 189 / 190 비자의 경우 인터넷을 신청해야 하고

2019년 11월 16일 부터 적용되는 새로 시행되는 비자는 491 비자의 경우

주신청자가 491 비자를 신청할 때 배우자 / 자녀를 함께 신청하지 못한 경우
이런 경우 배우자 / 자녀를 포함할 때는  폼을 이용하여 해당 이메일로 신청해야 함.
