타스마니아 (Tasmania) vs 190 영주비자 후원 신청자격조건 – 2017년 7월 1일 이후

2017년 7월 1일 이전과 비교할 때 밑에 있는 카테고리 1 & 2 는 동일합니다.

그러나 3번이 새롭게 추가되었지만

대신 기존 신청인의 가족이 타스마니아에 최소 12개월 영주권자 / 시민권자로 거주했을 경우 신청 자격이 되는 조건은 영주비자 190 후원은 신청이 불가해졌습니다. (주석: 어떻게 보면 조건이 쉬워 보인다 싶었고 그래서 아마도 190 후원용에서는 제외되고 대신 489 비자 후원에는 포함시킨 것 같습니다.)

Subclass 190 – Skilled Nominated Visa

Nomination Criteria

If you are nominated by the Tasmanian Government for this visa you must commit to living in Tasmania for two years after your visa has been granted. You must be able to justify these claims with evidence. Applications may be refused if the Department is not satisfied of your claims of long-term commitment to the state.

You must also meet any one of the following minimum requirements:

Category 1 – Tasmanian graduate

To be considered for this category, you must meet the following criteria:

  • completed and graduated from a CRICOS registered tertiary institution in Tasmania. The course undertaken:
    • must be either a degree (a bachelor or any higher degree), a diploma, an advanced diploma, or a trade qualification (minimum Cert III level for a skilled occupation in Major Group 3 in ANZSCO)
    • must have a minimum duration of one academic year (40 weeks)
    • must be full time and on site in Tasmania.
  • currently in Tasmania and lived in the state for at least 12 months during your period of study (evidence needs to be provided);

Category 2 – Job Offer

To be considered for this category you must have a formal job offer for a job that is based in Tasmania that is in-line with your skills assessment. Evidence of the job offer needs to be attached to the application (this could be an employment contract or formal letter providing an offer of employment).

You can meet this requirement if you work 35 hours per week in one full-time job or in two or more part-time jobs. You can include any paid employment, and you will need to be able to provide evidence of your employment claims.

The employer offering you employment must have been actively operating their business in Tasmania for the past 12 months. There needs to be a genuine need for your position within the business. This may be satisfied if there is:

  • an existing, current and genuine need for your position within the business
  • an ongoing need for your position and the capacity for the business to sustain the nominated position.

OR

Category 3 – Overseas Applicant (해외에 거주하는 신청인)

To be considered for this category you must be living overseas and meet the following criteria:

  • received a formal job offer for a job that is based in Tasmania that is in-line with your nominated occupation (공식적인 일자리 오퍼를 가진 분)
  • you, or any of your dependants have not lived in another Australian state or territory within the last twelve months (신청인 및 가족구성원이 지난 12개월동안 호주에 거주하지 않았어야 함)
  • you will need to be able to provide evidence of your employment claims (see Document Checklist for more details) (경력 점수에 해당하는 경력 증명을 제출)
  • employer you are employed with must have been actively operating their business in Tasmania for the past 12 months. There needs to be a genuine need for your position within the business. (지난 12개월 동안 타지에서 사업을 해온 회사로부터 취업제안을 받았어야 함) This may be satisfied if there is:
  • an existing, current and genuine need for your position within the business
  • an ongoing need for your position and the capacity for the business to sustain the nominated position.

If you have not secured employment in Tasmania, you may still be eligible to apply for the Subclass 489 – Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa (취업 오퍼를 받지 못한 경우는 489 비자의 선택 조건을 참고할 수 있습니다.)
