타스마니아 (Tasmania, 타지) 489 비자 주정부후원 신청 자격 – 2018년 8월 24일 업데이트

2017년 7월 1일 이후로 변경된 타스마니아 (타지) 주의 489 비자 후원 신청자격조건이 변경된 것 함께 공유합니다.

Subclass 489 – Skilled Regional (Provisional) Visa

 

If you are nominated by the Tasmanian Government for this visa you must commit to living in Tasmania for two years after your visa has been granted. (489 비자 그란트 된 다음에 2년 거주는 반드시 타스마니아에 해야 함)

You must also meet any one of the following minimum requirements: (아래 카테고리 중에 하나를 반드시 만족해야 함)

Category 1 – Tasmanian graduate (타지 졸업생)

To be considered for this category, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must have completed and graduated from a CRICOS registered tertiary institution in Tasmania. The course undertaken:
    • must be either a degree (a bachelor or any higher degree), a diploma, an advanced diploma, or a trade qualification (minimum Cert III level for a skilled occupation in Major Group 3 in ANZSCO) (반드시 학위 조건을 만족)
    • must have a minimum duration of one academic year (40 weeks). (최소 수업조건)
    • must be full time and on site in Tasmania (반드시 타지 거주하며 full-time study했어야 함)
  • You and your dependants must currently be living in Tasmania and can provide evidence of genuine commitment to continue to live in Tasmania (please refer to disclaimer at the bottom of this page for indicators as to how to meet this requirement) (신청인과 가족 모두 현재 타지에 거주하고 살고 있어야 함)
  • You must have lived in the state for at least 12 months during your period of study (evidence to support this needs to be provided). (유학중 최소 12개월간 타지에 거주했어야 함)

OR

Category 2 – Working in Tasmania (타지에서 일하는 겨우)

To be considered for this category, you must meet all of the following criteria.

  • You must have been working in Tasmania for six months immediately prior to your application for state nomination.(타지에서 최소 6개월 일했어야 함 노메네이션 신청전) You do not have to be working in your nominated occupation. (직업군은 달라도 됨) Your employment needs to:
    • be at least 35 hours per week in one full-time job or in two or more part-time jobs and you are able to provide evidence of your employment claims (주당 최소 35시간 한 개의 정규직 또는 2/3개 파트타임이어야 함) (see Document Checklist – Employment for more details)
    • fill a genuine skill shortage in Tasmania (타지에서 실제 부족직업군이어야 함)
  • You and your dependants must currently be living in Tasmania and can provide evidence of genuine commitment to continue to live in Tasmania (please refer to disclaimer at the bottom of this page for indicators as to how to meet this requirement). (신청인과 배우자 자녀 함께 타지에 살고 있어야 함)
  • Your employer must have been actively operating their business in Tasmania for the past 12 months and there needs to be a genuine need for your position within the business.(타지에서 최소 12개월간 사업이 실제 행해졌어야 하고 실제 필요한 일자리여야 함)

If your employment is for a position at ANZSCO skill level 4 or below, your employer must also provide evidence that no local person was able to fill the position (see ‘Document Checklist – Employment’ for evidence your employer would have to provide that you would need to submit together with your application for state nomination). (직업군이 Skill Level 4 또는 그 이하인 경우, 고용주는 로컬 사람을 찾을 수 없었음을 보여주는 증빙서류 제출해야만 함; 주정부 노미네이션 신청서를 제출할 때 함께 제출되어야 함)

Please note that internship, stipend, scholarships and volunteer positions are not considered employment for the purpose of this category. (인턴십, 근무시간과 관계없이 정해진 급여를 받는 경우, 학자금 및 자원봉사일은 일이라고 고려하지 않음)

 

OR

Category 3A – Overseas Applicant (TSOL) (해외 신청인 + TSOL 직업군 해당할 경우)

To be considered for this category you must be living overseas and meet the following criteria: (호주밖에 반드시 거주해야 하고 아래 조건을 모두 만족할 것)

  • nominated occupation is listed on the Tasmanian Skilled Occupations List (TSOL) (부족직업군에 포함; 클릭하여 확인요망)
  • you, or any of your dependents have not lived in another Australian state or territory within the last twelve months (신청인은 물론 배우자 또는 자녀 그 누구든 지난 12개월간 호주의 다른 주에 거주하지 않았어야 함)
  • achieved at least ‘Proficient English’ in a recognised English language testor hold a passport of the UK, Ireland, the USA, Canada or New Zealand (IELTS 7.0 x 4 또는 그에 준하는 성적 확보)
  • researched the Tasmanian labour market and provide evidence (see Document Checklist) that there are sufficient employment opportunities (at least five and not more than eight opportunities) in your nominated occupation in Tasmania; and that you have: (충분한 고용기회가 있음을 증빙하는 서류 제출. 이 서류는 타스마니아 취업시장을 연구했음을 증빙하는 것으로 자신의 직업군에 포함된 일자리가 최소 5 또는 8개 이내의 취업 기회가 있음을 보여줘야 하며 응시자는 다음 사항을 가지고 있어야 함)
  • skills and recent experience relevant to the researched employment opportunities (연구한 취업기회와 관련한 기술과 관련 경험)
  • skills and experience relevant to the Tasmanian economy (타스마니아 경제와 관련된 기술과 경험)
  • access to sufficient financial assets to fund your migration and settlement in Tasmania while you seek employment (나중에 타지에 올 때 그리고 타지에서 일자리를 찾는 동안 정착에 필요한 자금을 위한 충분한 재정적 자산)

If your application is one of ‘high calibre’, and the Tasmanian Government is satisfied that you will be able to secure employment with ease due to your skills and previous work experience, you may be invited to apply for the Subclass 190 – Skilled Nominated visa. Each application is assessed on a case-by-case basis and factors which would be considered to determine ‘high calibre’ applications include, but are not limited to, points claimed, English language competency, financial assets available for migration, evidence of interest from Tasmanian employers to employ you, level of skill shortage for your nominated occupation in Tasmania, and skills of dependants. (신청인의 높은 역량을 가진 경우 그리고 타지 정부가 신청인의 기술과 이전 경력과 관련하여 고용하기 쉬울 것이라고 만족할 경우 이런 경우는 190 주정부후원 영주비자를 신청하도록 초대할 수도 있다. 모두 case by case이고 점수, 영어능력, 재정능력, 타지 고용주의 관심도, 타지에서 직업군이 부족한 정도 및 배우자의 기술 등을 고려함)

*On arrival in Tasmania, you need to be realistic about employment expectations as it can take up to three months to secure employment. The time it takes to gain employment will depend on several factors including the time of the year, skills, experience, employer requirements and your level of English language ability. 

 You will compete for employment vacancies with all people in the labour market as part of a normal selection process. You should ensure that you have sufficient financials available to support yourself and your family during this time. (타지에 도착후 취업을 하는데 3개월 이상 소요될  있기 때문에 현실적은 취업 예상이 요구되며 취업을 하는데 있어 여러가지 요소가 있을  있고 예를들어 기존의 경력 기간기술수준경험고용주의 요구조건 그리고 신청인의 영어 능력 수준 등이 해당됨또한 취업시장에서 일상적인 취업선택과정의 일부로서 다른 모든 사람들과 취업 경쟁을 하게  것이다.

Category 3B – Overseas Applicant (Job offer 해외거주 + 공식적이 job offer 있는 경우)

To be considered for this category you must be living overseas and meet the following criteria: (다음 조건을 모두 만족해야 함)

  • received a formal job offer for a job that is based in Tasmania that is in-line with your nominated occupation (타지에 있는 회사로부터 공식적인 일자리 제안)
  • you, or any of your dependents have not lived in another Australian state or territory within the last twelve months (신청인, 배우자 및 자녀가 지난 12개월간 호주의 다른 주에 거주하지 않았어야 함)
  • the employer offering you employment must have been actively operating their business in Tasmania for the past 12 months (취업 제안을 한 회사는 지난 12개월간 타지에서 활동적으로 사업한 사업체이어야 함)
  • there needs to be a genuine need for your position within the business. This may be satisfied if there is: (일자리 제안은 사실 그 자체이어야 함)
    • an existing, current and genuine need for your position within the business
    • an ongoing need for your position and the capacity for the business to sustain the nominated position.

OR

Category 4 – Family in Tasmania (타지에 친인척 거주하는 신청인)

To be considered for this category you must have a family member who:

  • is an Australian permanent resident or an Australian citizen (영주권자 시민권자 가족)
  • has lived as a permanent resident or an Australian citizen in Tasmania for 12 months or more (최소 12개월 또는 그 이상 타지에 영주권자 / 시민권자로 거주)
  • is your parent, child, sibling, aunt, uncle, first cousin or grandparent (부모, 자녀, 형제자매, 고모/이모 / 삼촌/외삼촌, 사촌 또는 조부모)
  • agrees to support you when you arrive in Tasmania and assist you in the process of gaining employment in Tasmania.  (타지에 도착후 취업과정에 있을 때 도와주는 것에 동의)

OR

Category 5 – Small Business Owner (소규모 사업자인 경우)

If you are living outside Australia, you are not eligible to apply for this category. (호주내 거주를 해야 함) You may be eligible to apply for nomination for the Subclass 489 – Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa under two other categories – Category 3A – Overseas applicant (TSOL) or Category 3B – Overseas applicant (Job offer). (호주밖에 거주한 경우 위에 언급된 3A / 3B를 고려)

You can apply for this category if your business is operating in Tasmania. If your business is operating in another state of Australia, you are required to demonstrate a genuine intention and commitment to move the business to Tasmania.

To be considered for category 5, you must:

  • demonstrate that you have past business ownership or management experience in starting a similar business and/or in an industry closely related to the proposed business (신청인이 사업을 시작할 사업 소유권 및 경험 경력을 가지고 있어야 함)
  • provide evidence and demonstrate your business’s profitability: that is, your business has been making profit in the last two years, or has the potential to be profitable in the next two years (지난 2년간 사업에서 이득을 남겼거나 향후 2년안에 이득을 낼 수 있음을 보여줘야 함)
  • demonstrate your financial capacity to support projected establishment and running costs, along with your initial settlement in Tasmania (사업 안정 및 운영비용을 보여주는 재정 능력을 보여줘야 함)
  • provide a comprehensive business planwith: (다음 3가지분야를 포함한 자세한 사업 계획 제공)
    • evidence of thorough research into, and understanding of, the target market (마켓 리서치)
    • research and understanding of relevant industry conditions, licensing and/or registration requirements for the business in Tasmania (타지내 관련 사업 연구자료)
    • realistic market opportunities for your proposed business in Tasmania, particularly where the business would be competing with other similar existing businesses already established in Tasmania. (현실적인 마켓 기회)
