489 비자 신청을 위해 – 타지(Tasmania) vs SA – 어디가 나은가? | |

안녕하세요 요즘처럼 영주비자 조건을 만족하기 어려운 상황에서 또는 아직 준비가 안된 분들에게 이 10점을 추가로 받는 것은 즉, 489 비자는 매우 유용한 비자라고 봅니다. 특히 30대 전후 이면서 한국에서 경력을 가진 분들인 경우나 또는 나이는 있지만 자금 사정이 여유가 있고 190 또는 189 영주비자가 (어떤 이유가 되었든) 불가능 한 분들에게 조언 드릴 수 있는 한가지 방법이 바로 이 비자입니다. 한국을 떠나지 않고 비자를 계획하시는 분들은 이 비자는 적합하지 않습니다. 현재 일을 하던 분들이 호주에 최소 1년을 공부하고 추가 10점을 받아 임시 비자 489를 받고 어떤 일이든 한 다음 영주비자 (887)비자를 고려하신 다면 이 내용을 꼭 참고하시길 조언드립니다.
이 비자의 경우 현재 (2017년 4월) 타지 (Tasmania 를 Tassie 라고 부름) 와 SA에서 공부하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 두개의 주의 특징은 인구가 타 주보다 적다는 점이고요. 특히 타지의 경우 SA 보다 훨씬 더 적습니다. (약 SA의 반도 안됩니다.) 그런 의미에서 차후 공부를 하실 분들은 타지를 적극 추천드리고요. 특히 밑에 보시면 SA주와 타지의 한가지 결정적 차이가 공부를 할 때 자신이 일하고 (한국에서 공부한) 분야로 SA는 반드시 유학해야 하는 반면 타지에서는 그런 조건이 없습니다. (물론 조건 condtion 이 있는데 그것은 한국에서 이미 관련 학과를 졸업하고 일을 다년간 하신 분들에게 적용됨에 유의)
아래는 타지의 489 비자를 위한 스폰서쉽 신청 자격 조건입니다. Subclass 489 – Skilled Regional (Provisional) VisaNomination Criteria (1번부터 4번중에 하나에 해당해야 함)If you are nominated by the Tasmanian Government for this visa you must commit to living in Tasmania for two years after your visa has been granted. You must also meet any one of the following minimum requirements: Category 1 – Tasmanian graduate (1년간 타스마니아에서 공부한 경우) To be considered a Tasmanian graduate you must meet the following criteria:
OR Category 2 – job offer (타지에 거주하는 회사로부터 공식적으로 취업제안을 받은 경우) To be considered for this category you must have a formal job offer for a job that is based in Tasmania. Evidence of the job offer needs to be attached to the application (this could be an employment contract or formal letter providing an offer of employment). You can meet this requirement if you work 35 hours per week in one full-time job or in two or more part-time jobs. You can include any paid employment, and you will need to be able to provide evidence of your employment claims. (주당 최소 35시간 근무 조건을 만족) The employer offering you employment must have been actively operating their business in Tasmania for the past 12 months. Occupations on the Supplementary Skilled List and Special Conditions Apply are available if you meet all requirements under one of the following categories:

구체적인 내용이 아래와 같습니다. 특히 9.1.2 & 9.1.7 유의. 9.1 If you are an international graduate of South Australia, you must meet the following general requirements: 9.1.1 If you are applying as an international graduate of South Australia, you must meet the same state nomination requirements for commitment to state, age, skills assessment, work experience, English and financial capacity. You may be able to access waivers or exemptions in relation to work experience, English, and financial capacity. Please check the requirements listed under the relevant headings. 9.1.2 Your South Australian qualification must be in the same field as your nominated occupation.(신청인 만약 한국에서 공부하고 일했던 분야로 신청할 계획이 있는 분들의 경우 SA주는 반드시 관련 분야료 공부를 해야 하는 조건이 있습니다.) 9.1.3 Your South Australian qualification must be CRICOS registered with a minimum duration of one academic year (CRICOS registered for a minimum of 46 weeks). (최소 1년) 9.1.4 If any of your studies were undertaken outside of South Australia, a minimum of 50% of your qualification must have been completed in South Australia. (최소 50% SA 공부) 9.1.5 For skilled work experience to be considered, it must be in a skilled occupation listed on the State Nominated Occupation Lists. (주정부 부족직업군에 속할 것) 9.1.6 If your occupation is listed as requiring additional work experience in the field (for example, 2-3 years work experience in the field), you must be currently working in your nominated occupation or closely related occupation in South Australia (minimum 20 hours per week).Some of these occupations require you to be currently working for the last 12 months in South Australia in your nominated or closely related occupation (minimum 20 hours per week) post-graduation.
