약 22년전인 2002년 2월 부터 물맑은 호주이민닷컴 무료 온라인 상담실 을 운영해왔고요.
이곳 온라인비자 상담실은 재능보시차원에서 간단한 질문에 조언드리는 장입니다.

Wall and Floor Tiler 의 경우는 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling 를 가지고 있어야 합니다.
Formal qualification을 받은 다음 최소 3년 경력을 쌓아야 합니다. (3 years full-time 그리고 employment must be after qualification issuance date)
(Your application will be unsuccessful if you do not have a relevant formal qualification for your nominated occupation. 관련 학위가 없으면 기술심사 통과 불가함을 정확히 명시하고 있답니다.)
이 경력이 없는 경우는 기존의 경력을 가지고 RPL 을 신청해야 합니다.
RPL은 경력이 6년이 필요하지만 이 경력은 학위 없이 쌓은 경력도 인정이 됨에 유의 (6 years full-time & employment can be before and after qualification)
You may consider undertaking a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process with an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Details about which RTOs can assess your skills and evidence against the relevant Australian qualification for your nominated occupation are listed on the Australian Government's website: www.training.gov.au. You can contact one of the RTOs listed directly. 를 참고하세요.
기술심사 시간은 현재 90일 소요됩니다.
Applications are assessed in order of receipt and processing times may vary. Generally most Migration Skills Assessments are completed within 90 days from registration.
만약 어떤 급한 상황이라면 (아래와 같이 이미 이민성에서 어떤 편지를 가지고 있을 때 즉, sponsorship이 허용이 되었고 nominated 된 경우) traenquiries@education.gov.au 에 이름, 생년월일, TRA 번호를 이메일보내면 fast processing 가능합니다.
1. A letter from the Department of Home Affairs and/or a State/Territory authority responsible for State Migration sponsorship confirming:
approval of a 'nominated position',
that the applicant is the nominee for that position, and
the expiry date for that offer.
2. A letter from a person with the appropriate authority of the employer intending to sponsor the applicant for migration, on their letterhead, with details regarding the nature of the urgency. This letter must be signed by a person with the appropriate authority to progress the applicant's migration sponsorship and include their position within the company and contact details.
3. This information must be emailed to TRA at traenquiries@education.gov.au, including your full name, date of birth, and TRA reference number.
만약 이것이 여의치 못하면 TSS 비자를 고려해 보세요. 현재 영어 성적이 6.0 x 4를 받지 않아도 되는 (물론 임시비자이지만 일도 하고 성적 확보 등 시간을 벌수 있지 않을 싶군요) 비자입니다. 이또한 물론 sponsorship -> nomination -> 비자신청 3단계를 모두 통과해야 하지요.
