일단 질문에 답변을 드리도록 합니다.
타지역에서 공부를 마치고 WA (Perth)로 이동하여 Nomination 받을 수 있느냐? 라는 질문이지요?
Nomination 받을 수 있다라고 말씀드리고 싶지만
Nomination 신청할 수 있는 자격이 될 수는 있다고 이해를 하는 것이 더 정확합니다.
(나중일이긴 하지만 취업을 Perth에서 할 생각을 하는 것은 좀 그러네요. Perth를 특별히 선호하는 이유가 뭔지 궁금합니다. 지인 / 가족이 살고 있으면 충분한 이유가 되겠지만요)
Nomination 신청 자격도 쉽지 않지만 아래와 같이
WA는 크게 2개의 main stream 이 있습니다.
이중에서 General Stream을 따라야 하고요.
General Stream 중에서도 ICT 분야는 sch 2에 해당이 됩니다.

2023-24 Eligibility requirements
If you would like to be considered for an invitation for State nomination, your occupation will need to be eligible under the following streams.
General stream — A skilled migration pathway for a range of occupations and industry categories. Eligible occupations are listed on the WA Skilled migration occupation list (WASMOL) Schedule 1 or 2.
Graduate stream — A skilled migration pathway for eligible international students who are completing vocational education and training (VET) or higher education qualifications in WA. Eligible occupations are listed on the Graduate occupation list (GOL).
These occupation lists identify occupations that are considered a priority for WA and are therefore eligible for skilled migrants through State nomination.
Check your eligibility against the stream-specific requirements here
Applicants who have a nominated occupation identified on the WASMOL or the GOL may be eligible for WA State nomination using one of the following visa subclasses:
the Skilled nominated visa (subclass 190)(opens in a new tab); or
Skilled work regional (provisional) visa (subclass 491((opens in a new tab).
The WASMOL is available to applicants who intend to use the General stream WASMOL Schedule 1 or the General stream WASMOL Schedule 2.
Please note that the occupations identified in these streams, as detailed in the WASMOL and the GOL, do not relate to any specific job vacancies nor represent any guarantee of a job. Both lists are updated from time to time, in line with WA industry and workforce needs.
