1. 제가일하는곳은 그중한곳인 2018년 8월에 오픈한 한개의 사업장입니다 -> 만 2년 해당 사업장이어야 합니다.
You must provide sufficient information and evidence to demonstrate that:
There is a genuine need for the position within the business; and
The business is active/ operating for at least two years in a designated regional area of Victoria and is committed to employing you.
Should our office not be satisfied with the genuine nature of the job offer, or that the offer of employment was not obtained through a merit-based recruitment process, we may request further documentation to support the application. This may include discussing the offer of employment with your employer.
그리고 일자리는 반드시 사실인 직업이어야 합니다. 비자를 위해서 만들어 낸 자리는 안됨을 숙지하세요.
2. 191을 신청할때 53900의 taxable income을 받아야된다고 적혀있는데 여기서 궁금한점이
주변에 들리는 말로는 직업의수 혹은 직업과 관련없이 53900을 맞추면된다고 해서 법을 스스로 찾아본경과
꼭 관련 직업으로 일해라는 법률을 없어보이는거같더군요 라고 질문 주셨습니다.
여기에는 다음과 같은 항목을 보면 알 수 있습니다.
191 비자는 491 또는 494 비자를 소지하고 3년간 일하며 $53,900 을 taxible income을 받아야 합니다.
전자는 주정부스폰서이고 후자는 고용주 스폰서를 받아야만 하는 비자인데 visa condition에 다른 차이 하나가 있습니다.
491 비자 컨디션

If the applicant is outside Australia when the visa is granted:
(a) first entry must be made before the date specified by the Minister; and
(b) if the applicant satisfies the secondary criteria for the grant of the visa, condition 8515 may be imposed.

Conditions 8578, 8579, 8580 and 8581 must be imposed.
494비자 컨디션

잘 보시면 8608 이라는 조건이 하나더 494 에 있습니다.
이비자 조건이 바로 해당 직업군으로 해당 업체에서 해당 업무를 반드시 해야 한다는 조건입니다.
따라서, 494 비자를 신청할 때는 반드시 해당 nominated occupation (자신의 직업군)으로 일을 한 53,900불이어야 합니다.
491비자에는 이런 condition 이 없습니다.
