약 22년전인 2002년 2월 부터 물맑은 호주이민닷컴 무료 온라인 상담실 을 운영해왔고요.
이곳 온라인비자 상담실은 재능보시차원에서 간단한 질문에 조언드리는 장입니다.

그리고 Tasmania 190 조건과 WA 190 조건을 한번 google에서 찾아서 또 (직접) 눈으로 확인해 보시면 좋겠습니다.
WA의 경우 졸업후 아래와 같은 조건이 붙거든요.
Meet the work experience or employment contract requirement
You must have at least six months Australian work experience in your nominated (or closely related) occupation, or have a six month contract of employment in your nominated (or closely related) occupation in Western Australia.
a) Work experience
If you are using work experience to meet this requirement, you must show at least six months of Australian work experience within the last five years, in your nominated (or closely related) occupation. You will need to include the details of your work experience in your expression of interest in SkillSelect.
Work experience must be:
gained post-qualification;
in paid employment;
for at least 20 hours per week in the nominated (or closely related) occupation; and
for tasks that correspond with the ANZSCO descriptor for the nominated (or closely related) occupation.
A professional year or work placement is considered work experience, if it is a paid position and undertaken post qualification.
Further evidence of work experience may be requested during the application process.
b) Contract of employment
If you are providing a (minimum) 6 month contract of employment in Western Australia, it must:
have at least six months remaining from the date of your application for State nomination. If you have not yet started working, your start date must be within three months of your application;
be in your nominated (or closely related) occupation; and
be for full time employment (at least an average of 35 hours per week) in Western Australia. You can have two employment contracts to make up 35 hours.
The contract must include:
full names of both the employer and employee;
contract start and end date (if permanent, only start date is required);
job title and related ANZSCO code;
job description;
terms and conditions of employment (such as salary, hours of work, leave entitlements and superannuation) which must be no less favourable than those that would apply to an Australian citizen or permanent resident doing equivalent work. If your contract does not describe your terms and conditions of employment, you can provide the enterprise agreement or industrial award for your occupation;
location of employment;
a statement that work specified in the employment contract must be performed by the employee and not contracted out to a third party;
signed and dated by the employer and the employee; and
must be drafted by the employer and not the employee.
You will need to provide a copy of your contract as part of the State nomination application and it must be provided as one document.
We will also assess whether:
an appropriate salary will be paid for the specified occupation, based on market salary rates;
the business employing you is genuine and operating in the location specified;
the job will be completed by the employee and not contracted out to a third party; and
as the employee, you will bear no financial risk and be provided with the relevant tools and equipment to successfully undertake the tasks required.
Employment contracts submitted by an independent contractor or for self-employment do not meet the above requirements and will not be suitable to apply for WA State nomination.
Employment contracts submitted by a sole trader will be considered in the following circumstances only:
the sole trader is not the stated applicant of the State nomination application; and
the employment contract meets all the State's employment contract requirements.
반면에 Tasmania는 그렇지 않거든요.
그러면 공부를 마치고 일자리를 찾으면 되지?
네 맞습니다. 그런 경우라면 문제 없겠습니다.
그러나 외국인유학생들이 다 생각처럼 취업을 할 수 있는 것은 아니에요.
그렇다면 졸업후 영주비자를 받는 것이 목적(?)이라면
덜 까다로운 주가 좋겠지요.
그런데 Tasmania는 포화상태다?! ( where did you get this? ^^. I don't know about that)
주식투자는 원래 너도 나도 살려고 할떄 팔고
남들이 땅을 치고 후회할 때 산다는 말이 있는데요.
정확히 맞는 metapor 라 할 수는 없다 하더라도.
이게 사실이라면 질문자만 타지를 피선호하고
질문자만 퍼스로 갈까요?
그렇지 않을 것이라고 봐요.
아마 퍼스를 선호하는 사람들은 이유가 있을 것입니다.
타지를 선호하는 사람들도 다 이유가 있겠지요.
"퍼스가 지방지역으로 편입되면서 유학후 이민으로 유리해졌다고 생각했거든요" -> 이것은 SA / Tas / NT 랑 비교했을 때 merit이 전혀 없습니다. 에초부터 나머지 3곳은 regional 에 주 전체가 포함되어 있었기 때문에.
퍼스에 과거 살았던 경험이 있거나
퍼스에 있는 대학에 꼭 진학을 하려고 하거나
퍼스에 지인 친인척이 살기 때문에
자신의 선호하는 그런 뭔가 특별한 것이 아니라면
제가 공부를 한다면 전 퍼스가지 않아요.
호주에서 퍼스아니면 안된다 라는 이유가 있을 수 있습니다.
그런 분들은 퍼스에서 주는 혜택이 타 주에 비해서 적어도 갈 수 있겠지요.

어떤 주가 나한테 유리한가를 잘 살펴보는 지혜가 필요하겠습니다.
