말씀하신 것처럼 몇가지 과목을 한국학위과정에서 공부중에 이수를 하지 못했다고 하여 문제가 되는 것은 아닙니다.
왜?
공식 교과 과정에서 배우는 것만 배우는 것이 아니라 때로는 실습을 통해서
때로는 업무 견습과정에서 때로는 자격증 획득 중에서도 얻을 수 있는 기술과 지식이 있기 때문입니다.
공부만 했다고 만족할 기술과 지식을 얻었다 할 수 없는 것입니다.
기술심사기관에서는 따라 다양한 방법의 증빙서류를 제출할 수 있도록 하고 있는 것입니다.
이력서, 추천서, 학위, 견습, 자격증 그리고 심지어 비디오와 사진까지 모두 준비하여 나는 36 필수 & 선택과목에 해당하는 기술과 지식을 가지고 있음을 보여 줄 수 있습니다.
밑에 질문에 조언드리오니 참고하세요.
(1) 이럴 경우는 기술심사 통과가 어렵나요? 한국이나 호주의 사설학원에 가서 따로 해당과목 수업을 들어야 할까요? -> [신순철 이민법무사] 그래도 됩니다. 다년간 해당 기술수준과 지식을 얻지 못횄다는 가정하에
