2022년 10월 6일 – 189 비자 초대 점수 65점 1만1천건이 넘음

2022-2023년 회계년도에 이상하리 만큼 독립기술이민 189 비자와 491 (가족 초청)을 위한 초대 점수가 매우 낮아지면서 그 초대의 숫자가 189만 12,200건 491 건수가 466 이었다는 내용을 공유했습니다.

10월 6일 EOI 초대 라운드도 역시 65점의 턱걸이 점수에 다양한 직업군들이 (특히 기능직은 더 이상 없는 듯 하고 대신 엔지니어 등 기존에 포함되지 않았던 직업군이 다수 포함된 것으로 보임) 초대되었습니다.

아래 내용이 2022년 10월 6일 초대된 직업군들입니다. 제 고객님들 중에서도 몇분이 이번에 혜택을 받았습니다.

차기 EOI 초대에 어떤 직업군이 또 대거 초대가 될려는지 벌써부터 궁금합니다. 190과 491에만 전념을 하시던 분들도 189 비자에 신경을 써야 할 때가 아닌가 싶습니다.

Overview

Invitation rounds for Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189) and Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 491) – Family Sponsored visas will be run cyclically during the 2022-23 program year.

Invitation numbers in each round may vary depending on the number of applications being processed by the Department.

State or territory government nominations for skilled visas will not be impacted by the departmental invitation rounds.

Occupation Ceilings for Invitation Rounds

An ‘occupation ceiling’ may be applied to invitations issued under the independent, and skilled regional (provisional) visas. This means there will be a reasonable upper limit on how many Expressions of Interest can be invited for skilled migration from an occupation group. This ensures that the skilled migration program remains balanced and continues to invite intending migrants across a variety of skilled occupations.

Occupation ceiling values are based on a percentage of stock employment figures for each occupation. Employment figures are provided by the Australian Bureau of Statistics, and represent the number of people employed in Australia in each occupation.

Occupation ceilings do not apply to State or Territory Nominated or Business Innovation and Investment visa subclasses.

Invitation process and cut offs

The highest ranked individuals by points score are invited to apply for the relevant visa. Those who have equal points scores, the time at which they reached their points score for that subclass (referred to as the date of effect) determines their order of invitation. Expressions of Interest with earlier dates of effect are invited before later dates.
