신청인이 있는 곳 (호주 또는 호주 밖에) 에 따라 신청하는 곳이 바뀌던 것도 22년 7월 1일 부터 해외 또는 호주내 있으면서 서류 접수는 위의 주소를 사용하게 됨

This Instrument also repeals Reg 461.411 and 461.412 that required the applicant to be in the same location as where the application was lodged. From 1 July 2022 Reg 461.411 will be replaced with the following wording:

• The applicant may be in or outside Australia, but not in immigration clearance, at the time of grant.
