이민성에서 인정되는 기술심사 최대 유효 기간은 3년입니다.

그러나 어떤 기술심사 기관에서는 그 유효기간을 정해서 만 2년 이라고 명확히 기술하는 경우도 있습니다. 이런 경우 비록 이민성에서는 최대 3년 유효기간을 인정하더라도 이런 경우는 만 2년까지만 인정이 됩니다. 유효기간이 명시가 안된 경우는 전자의 경우에 해당하며 기술심사 발행날부터 만 3년 기간 유효하게 됩니다.

아래 내용은 ENS 비자 186도 그러하며 관련 법이 아래와 같습니다.

Validity period of skills assessment

Some skills assessing authorities issue skills assessments specifying expiry dates. If a skills assessment specifying an expiry date (that is 3 years or less from the date of assessment) is provided after the stipulated expiry date, the skills assessment will not meet the requirements of 186.234(2)(ab)/187.234(b)(v).

Skills assessments that do not specify an expiry date, or that have an expiry date that is more than 3 years from the date of assessment, are taken to be valid for 3 years from the date of the assessment. If more than 3 years has elapsed between the date the skills assessment was issued and the date on which the application was made, the assessment will not meet the requirements of 186.234(2)(ac)/187.234(b)(vi).
