The ACT Skilled Migration Program is now open. (ACT 정부 이민프로그램이 오픈됨)

내용은 연방정부 예산이 2020년 10월 6일 발표전까지 ACT Critical Skills 목록 (제일 아래 첨부됨)에 해당하는 한정된 직업군과 아주 한정된 임시 할당만큼 노미네이션을 줄 수 있도록 연방정부로 부터 허락을 받음. 따라서, 아래 켄버라 매트릭스 순위 처리과정에 새로운 ACT Critical Skills 목록하에 노미네이션이 제한적으로 할당처리될 것임

As you are all aware, the migration landscape is very different in 2020-21.  The Australian Government has directed the ACT to restrict nominations to Canberra residents with skills critical to supporting the ACT’s post pandemic economic recovery. An interim number of nomination places has been allocated until the Commonwealth Budget is announced on 6 October 2020.

As a result, the ACT Skilled Migration Program will now operate under a very different process. A new ACT Critical Skills List is in effect; and occupations may be capped if the monthly allocation is met.

ACT nomination – Eligibility Criteria (노미네이션 해당 조건)

The following eligibility criteria is now in effect for both 491 and 190 nomination pathways: (491 비자와 190 비자를 위한 최소조건)

• You must meet one of the following two criterion: (1번 또는 2번을 만족해야 함)

1. Your nominated occupation is on the ACT Critical Skills List;

              OR

2. You are the primary holder of a subclass 457/482 visa sponsored by an ACT employer

• The 5 years ACT residence criteria has ceased. (그리고 5년 ACT거주조건을 마쳐야 함)

Matrix ranking and selection (순위와 선택) 

다음 순위과정은 2020년 1월 1일 이후로 제출된 모든 서류에 적용됨

The following ranking process is now in effect for ALL Matrix submitted since 1 January 2020:

Matrix submitted before 1 July 2020: (2020년 7월 1일 이전에 제출된 경우)

• Canberra residents:

o    All Matrix submissions will be sorted and only applicants with an occupation on the ACT Critical Skills List will be selected and, if ranked, invited to apply for ACT nomination. (ACT Critical Skills 목록에 있는 직업군을 가진 신청서만 순위가 정해짐)

o    457 / 482 visa holders who did not nominate an occupation on the ACT Critical Skills List must submit a new Matrix. (457 / 482 비자 소지자의 경우)

o    Matrix submissions that did not nominate an occupation on the ACT Critical Skills List will not be ranked and will lapse after six months. (ACT  Critical Skills 목록에 없는 신청서는 순위정해지지 않을 것이며 6개월 더 기다려야 할 듯)

• Overseas applicants. (해외 신청인들은 불행히도 순위정해지는 것에서 제외)

o    The Canberra Matrix is closed to overseas applicants. Matrix submitted by overseas applicants will not be ranked and will automatically lapse after six months.

Matrix submitted after 19 August 2020: (2020년 8월 19일 이후로 신청된 경우)

• Canberra residents:
  • Separate invitation rounds will be held for the 491 and 190 nomination streams. (491&190 비자용 초대임)
  • The highest ranked candidates in each stream will be invited to apply for ACT nomination. (최고로 높은 점수를 갖는 신청인들이 초대될 것임)
  • An invitation may not be issued if the occupation cap is met; even if the matrix is ranked. (Quota가 다 차면 해당 직업군은 초대 안될 것임; 점수가 높다고 할지라도)

희소식인지 아닌지 모르지만 아래 ACT Critial Skills 목록에 빠진 직업군 신청자 및 해외에서 신청한 신청인들은 ACT에 자신의 은행 정보를 알려 달라고 합니다. 신청비 반환을 해 줄 모양입니다. (보틍은 non-refundable임에도 불구하고)

Applicants currently in the processing queue. 

Due the Australian Government directive, the ACT is unable to nominate applicants currently in the processing queue whose nominated occupation is NOT on the ACT Critical Skills List and/ or are overseas applicants. These applicants will be informed that their application is now void.  Please provide the bank / account details for any clients with a non- critical occupation so that the service fee can be refunded.

아래는 ACT 정부의 현 Critical Skills 목록입니다. (여기에 포함이 안된 분든은 순위도 정해지지 않을 것이며 노미네이션 받지도 못한다고 함)

직업군별 할당된 건수가 또한 포함되어 있음에 유념해 두세요.

현재 예정 (豫定) 날짜인 10월 6일 연방정부 예산 발표가 된 다음에 그 뒤로 각 주별로 직업군 목록과 쿼타 및 신청조건등이 최종 발표 되지 않을까 싶습니다.  희망적이고 긍정적으로 늘 생각하고 싶지만 결국 발표가 되어야 호불호 (好不好) 여부를 알 수 있을 것입니다.
